I treat any second hand posts with disdain and so should all right minded posters here. Been said before but clearly needs saying again: there is NO POINT quoting conversations over the phone - they reveal nothing.

The risk for me is that this gets unsuspended - there may be some who get in quick and sell before a big drop bites, then DC steps in on a massive scale at a knockdown price in the range you suggest.

Nothing illegal being done, but disastrous for us LTH's who remain firmly at the back of the queue when it comes to any kind of respect or return - unable to escape since the suspension occurred before the loan and the O2 cancellation etc.

But ringing DC/LVCG isn't going to help - we need some official RNS, not second hand guff from somebody who has failed us repeatedly (and legally can't give anybody a revelation over the phone anyway).

I don't agree with that assessment Truthbomb. Here's my take:

DC is fine cash wise - he sucked all the remaining working capital out of LVCG for "Startart".

He's not in the foodbank queue, he probably couldn't find it in Monaco anyway.

The reality is he'll still be fine moving forward - it's more a case of how he keeps his cash cow alive as a going concern so he can place/raise/lend to keep the dream alive.

He made a mess of the O2, like he did with the O2 last year because he loves a project that excites the masses and keeps the image of LVCG up.

He trusts that investors will ignore the old maxim and swallow the hype - but for the benefit of those who have forgotten:

Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, cash is king.

I can only speak for me but I said to you I had no issue with your views last week and nothing's changed - no apology needed as far as I can see.

Just a shame it's come to this. We now have to wait for the next RNS and the joys it brings. Peace.

no, we're furious. this has put the solvency of the company at risk, not just a recovery.

Having read numerous websites reporting the cancellation today this is either the mother of all hoaxes or we have to face this now.

The reputation issue is immaterial for me - we're already seen as incompetent and untrustworthy if the social media posts are to be accepted.

The issue is the solvency. We have no money - we had to borrow big time for this event. You can guarantee we haven't just lost profit, we've lost all the sunk costs we won't get back.

While we sit in suspension we are trapped in the fall, no escape.

The next RNS will have to explain how we pay our bills and remain a "going concern".

I reckon there may need to be some wordsmithing on an epic scale for this RNS - if what we believe is true.

Does DC dare go for the "move along people, nothing to see here" approach - everything is fine.

OR does he have to go full reality on the cash position and company solvency - along with the suspension and missed accounts.

If this news is true there will be those investors wanting their loan back.

It seems like the O2 site is still taking ticket orders this morning, so let's wait till the fat lady clears her throat on this overnight rumour. RNS absolutely due if this is true.

I don't want to think about that outcome.

Where's that breakeven point again? Remind us what the average ticket price is and how well sold out Saturday is?

The "30% off" wasn't my claim - that was LVCG's offer attempt to flog tickets - or did you forget that?

That's an interesting view - not sure on the legal side - happy to be guided.

I would have imagined that DC could vote on any shareholder motion as a shareholder? So could all related and invested parties? If a motion affects his Chairmanship or director status for example?

Remember we don't know which parties this is:----

I suspect there are enough shares floating around that don't mind DC sharing the fun and not enough like us feeling the pain that we couldn't win any decisive action.

Bear in mind who else holds shares Simple.

Ranjit etc would never vote against DC neither would institutional holders. There are some on here I suspect.

To get 50% against would require a monumental effort
