I guess the confusion lies... If they transferred shares from original holding company into a fund the holding company 5% would have been reduced to down to below 3% and as this is below the 3% reportsble threshold the holding company doesn't have to tell Synairgen.
So the question now is, whose interpretation is correct...Synairgen or those on here?
If it is a simple transfer that's fine... The MO is still the same and I do believe we will see another TR1 from the holding company.
Second question. Why transfer shares from holding company into fund. Why not have the fund buy directly...

Transcrip worked with Synairgen on the hospital trial and I put it to you they did so to make sure the trial was set up in such a way it met the new FDA approval parameters (particularly the new Covid19 emergency use) and of course those of other regulatory bodies.

Once the full results are ready for publication SNG/Transcrip should be in a position to lodge whatever paperwork is needed (and some form filling/submissions may well have already taken place) to get approvals through quickly... Richard in his Bloomsburg interview did say they where already in discussion with the FDA.
A Pharma might be predicated on SNG getting at least EU and FDA emergency use they (Pharma) would roll out production and distribution. Revenues from said pharma either upfront or against sales be it a royalty/commission or profit share would then allow SNG to continue further research/product improvement and/or instigate Phase III trial.
All very much guess work at this stage.

Herd immunity appears to still be the best action for viruses but the debate is still ongoing in CV case.

There's also the latest science re T Cells vs Antibodies... Which again could be a negative for vaccines.

The wearing of masks everywhere could be made mandatory but again what's the point if people keep pulling them up and down/fiddle with them/constantly touch them by the nose area not the strings. I see it all the time and many times by hospital staff and care workers. Masks can be lethal to yourself or others if not used properly.

No country anywhere in the World has managed to get it right yet...it is spread by people not Govts so ultimately the responsibility lies with the World's population.

So.. After all that rambling.. Its not going away any time soon and treatments will be the must have as we head towards Winter. Yes Mr. Big...and they are reporting each threshold as crossed...1st 3% then 1% thereafter...as they should do...BUT, we know this isn't always done this way. They appear to be signposting their buying to get other to sell some shares. That appears to be what Landsdown and Polar did...
Now, if VHCP are still buying then we might get another reduction in holding from someone else...

No you're not...I thought for years I was until someone told me I wasn't and all I had to do was want to quit and not pick up a fag for 1 week...They also told me how badly I smelt so I had one last smoke and then threw away every pack I had plus lighters and ashtrays. I cleaned my house from top to bottom and never had one since and that's from 40/day some 20 years ago. Everytime you get a craving think of dying a horrible slow painful death alone. Power of your own mind hun.... Not addiction.

When everyone returned home after their winter skiing holidays that's when Covid really kicked off in Europe... There will be many returning from holidays in the UK let alone places like France later this month... And a treatment will be needed quickly going into the Autumn/Winter...no vaccines will be ready by then...

Fme - if you catch Covid (and I certainly don't wish it upon you or anyone) or flu for that matter, and you have to be admitted to hospital for treatment, may I suggest you pay all the costs. If the doctors doing the monitoring are able to give any feedback, and said feedback is extremely positive, is there anyway the trial could be unblinded early so that the results and markers can be compared to the hospital trial. I know it's not protocol but we are in really difficult times right now especially with cases increasing.

I agree with you Manifesto up to the point we cannot compare the two...the comparison I was making was simply they and we are two small companies and they are an unlisted tiuny start up...who makes their product...who will finances it - upfront Govt money...???

They happily knock out stop losses/sell orders to fill buy orders....
It's algorithm driven based on PI limit orders/stop losses etc etc being entered/cancelled etc etc.
II never put their orders through this way...they talk it through with a broker who then works it through in such a way they avoid algorithm triggers...late trades etc etc....
