Landsdown held 14.8m and at 5% = 7.47m and at 4% = 5.97m
So I think we can be pretty certain Tikvah got their 8m shares from Landsdown....
Interesting they say below 5%...does that mean they're still selling..my guess is yes and they're not sure how many have been picket up/wporked through yet.
They crossed on 3rd (Thursday) and we know there were workings going on 2nd, 3rd and 4th too...and today...
So I still reckon there are more RNS's to come...

I did pose the question a couple of times about crossing dates and reporting times when several thresholds are crossed this this one. Seems to me the crossing date is actually more likely settlement date. ie you've only crossed on the day you either take legal possession of the shares or someone has paid you for your shares.

Monday 24 Aug the SP opened at 2.50 and closed at 2.02 with no bad news to justify this fall.

Thurs 3 Sept RNS Tikvah from 0 to 8m shares crossed 1 Sept...2 weeks worth of working through!!!!
Now here we are on Monday 7 Sept with no news either way and the SP is still hanging off the 2.00 mark and we know they continued to work the trades on 2nd, 3rd and 4th...and appear to be doing the same today too (even though the US markets are closed today)...another TR1 tomorrow perhaps????

Better... Vaccine relys on uptake and the unknown right now is how long it will be effective for and how soon a follow up jab will be required.
Treatments are there to pick up all the pieces when vaccine take up is poor and for those who miss follow up jabs etc.
A vaccination programme is only as good as the treatments available alongside.
Unless the whole World vaccinate everyone on the same day at the same time, covid will have plenty of hosts available to it for years to come...just look how long it took to get rid of smallpox and flu keeps coming back each year too...so good effective treatments will be vital to prevent Covid from doing its worst when it does find a host...

Did I see 2 x 300K buys and 1 x 250K buy and 1 x 300K sell with loads of sells from today and Friday going through after hours so would the be for the other 300K and 200k..

If buyer has an open ended buy order.. Get what you can before big RNS... Then we could continue to see more days like today...

Personally I hope the next RNS confirms SNG001 has been approved in the UK...even if on emergency use only.
Then I hope this is followed swiftly if not same day by details of a nice juice tie in with a pharma with a huge upfront payment...
Any RNSs after that will just keep adding to the SP...

If its someone new the 3% is first threshold.
If a shareholder new or existing has placed a buy order for let's say 10m shares at what point does he report if he hasn't paid for them yet or they haven't been transferred over to them yet... On account so to speak.
I've seen TRs announcing a 2, 3 or 4% percentage gain for example with date crossed. But on checking that days trading volume and even days before there wasn't enough going through to justify the percentage increase. I can only guess the shares were bought over a number of days and only when the order was completed they reported. Anyone else had this experience?
