Occy...what is not being talked about in any great detail are the numbers for Long Covid, reinfection rates and Covid +Flu and this coming Winter will need Mass Home Testing plus the likes of SNG001 asap...

Regarding regulatory approval...right now the UK works in conjunction with the EU. Could the hold up be due to negotiations regarding future alignment, working policies going on right now to determine the future UK/EU relationship...deadline is 15 Oct to get a future agreement/trade deal sorted...

Boris this morning said testing capacity right now is 300, 000 but no where near meeting that but he say it will be up to 500,000 per day by year end. This to me does indicate something is going down... Fingers crossed...

My guess is there will be good news on a trade deal this coming week and the we'll get Emergency use in UK and EU on or before 15th...
Not long to wait now. Meantime our new broker will be looking to push a positive agenda and the price will probably duck and dive for the next couple of weeks.

Gixer.. They are DSM customers and they say what can and cannot be reported by PXS... Confidentiality!!!
As you know IF didn't always know what was being launched out there and relied on your findings. DSM HQ also doesnt always know what is being launched by their distributors customers. The others on that list are probably customers of DSM independent distributors so PXS cannot report on their launch.

Hope you're right Welsh...and certainly I don't wish anyone a bad outcome from Covid either.

But don't think Nyct will buy us out... They are looking in the area of diagnostics.
Too early to talk T/O... But it would be good at some point for someone to be able to offer a test and treatment package.

All depends on prift margins and credit terms.. 30, 60, 90 days etc...
I would hope they can negotiate better terms with suppliers than they have to give away...this way the initial investment will simply be rolled over together with profits to finance growth for own sales but they will want to get real volumes on a licenced basis.. This will be where the big bucks will come from.

RingThe Bell...the Results RNS has these three highlights:
· Synairgen launched a Managed Access Program with Clinigen, to provide SNG001 to hospitalised COVID-19 patients - see separate announcement issued today
· The Company is currently in discussions with regulatory agencies to establish the route to approval of SNG001 as a treatment for COVID-19
· The Company is also investing in supply chain activities to ensure that drug and aerosol delivery system availability can meet potential demand, pending approval

The first - done and dusted...check.
The second - route to approval...this suggests possibly getting Emergency Use first to speed up the route to hospitalised patients prior to getting full blown approval. This appears to be the case now based on France and perhaps authoritites are holding off on the full blown approvals due to Brexit talks not being finalised so they are uncertain as to how they should treat UK drugs going forward if third country regulatory rules are different to EU rules or perhaps new special rules for UK only.
The third does imply to me that meeting 'potential demand' refers to that produced through the Emergency Use route prior to getting full blown approval(s).

I could be wrong of course...but I think we are seeing the EU Route starting to unfold...
