Don't forget this will be another human trial so those receiving SNG001 will benefit hugely and unlike a vaccination trial the benefits from taking SNG001 will be seen almost immediately as was the case in the Phase 11 trial. It won't take long for all involved in the various countries to realise it's doing its job. We also have the home trial in progress and a company in tow able to offer SNG001 in France at least for compassionate reasons...

Gregg...£3.5m at todays SP seems an awful lot for just new Broker Fees and would have to include setting up the recent Investors Presentation...If it is them they now have shares to sell on and a quick turn would mean they'd be looking for a bump up in SP between now and 14 October....lol!!!

it's in the wording 'Share Equity'....whoever it is is getting shares not cash for services rendered...they agreed to accepting shares at the outset or are happy to take shares instead of cash now...either is a vote of confidence...simples!...
It's a great deal for the company and us as it keeps the cash in the company for other expenditure. Dilution on your shareholding is minimal and I take comfort in the fact that they expect to turn their £3m into more not less in value and they can only do that if the SP rises...
