Sorry at 9:30 the trading range was between1.82 and 1.85... so any trades at 1.86 were a buy at that time.

late trades from yesterday morning would have been buys...at 09.30 yesterday the price range was 1.85/1.82 and slowly climbed as the morning progressed...some of the trades were above the reported Ask at the time so they held off putting them through until today when the Bid and Ask was higher hence they look like sells.

Once Avacta has completed their Production verifications and has been given the all clear by UK regulators it will be seen around the World as 'the one to have'. Forget what negative vibes you get from the British Press/Media...British products and British regulation as still regarded as the gold standard out there in the rest of the World.

Let's say we do get a vaccine soon and they start vaccinating the vulnerable including those in care homes. All those 'must get the next breaking news news' reporters will be out there looking for bad side effects and deaths to blame on the vaccine. What if a couple of old biddies die having had the vaccine...will they start pushing the negative narrative....
Thats my concern...our stupid, negative press turning yet more people off having a vaccination...

Why did the Huff Post article contain so much info which was relayed to shareholders in the 3 Sep Avacta RNS.. lazy reporting or were we actually told the facts but didn't realise at the time how significant they were.

Jm4910...how do you get your saliva onto the strip?...maybe it will entail a simple swab of the mouth which is then inserted into the devise or smeared on the strip...or do you spit straight onto the strip...or do you insert the kit into the mouth...or do you lick the strip...or do you spit into a jar and pour onto the strip...
A special swab which is inserted into the devise or smeared directly onto the strip might be the safest/cleanest/simplest/most effective way.

Olderandwise...'The Times article states that "millions have already been bought" by HMG'...this could still be correct. The Govt could have provided the funding for ramping up on the basis this will lead to future orders once it meets all the manufacturing and clinical sign off procedures/tests. It's an order but not an order and could have also been wrapped up with 'don't tell anyone' clauses too...

Our Rapid Saliva test...
How do you get saliva onto the strip?...
Spit directly onto it or a sterile swab towards the back of the throat and the rub onto the strip?
It's something I'd not really thought about but same question was asked earlier...
Would like to know because it does somewhat affect the overall description of our test or how others may be referring to it...

Samples to UK Govt so they can verify it does what it says on the tin.
We will be one of several to be tested.. No worries.. May the best man win. But highly likely the Govt will order from several manufacturers to guarantee supply and to get very rapid roll out.
