No deal Brexit on Sunday... Trade deal with US announced by Trump before he leaves office...
I believe the UK regulators approved the Pfizer vaccine with some Govt pressure to do so as a good faith message to Trump...
Now I know I'll probably be shot down on this but Stranger things have happened and we can't leave it to Biden and his mob to give us a deal...

I still wonder why news of the US manufacturer was buried (put) in the Placing RNS... It was put there knowing it would be read by the IIs interested in the Placing... It was buried there to avoid pi excitement and price rise prior to placing...

It still has to be approved for use by the CDC (today I believe)...they approve whether or not it can actually be injected into people. The FDA just approves its distribution/availability.
The CDC has often gone against the FDA but I don't think they would dare in this case...

As much as we are all eagerly waiting for P3... Pharma will be all eyes on it too.
Question is are we currently in discussion with anyone or will they wait until P3 results...
If Govts happily placed orders with Pharmas for vaccines before P3 results were known to be first in line, would Pharma enter into negotiations prior to P3 to secure first option?? The P2 trial results would certainly give both parties something to talk about...

Alanadale... If you don't have any classic symptoms and you had a lateral flow test, it might be worth seeing if you can get a PCR test. LFT's being used are dodgy on false readings.
Try calling SNG to ask about the trial... They might not realise the phone number isn't manned or not working...

They do seem to have buyers in the 85.60 to 86.50 range so far...

Question is, is there a buyer in place or is this a short swap/close out/open. With nothing in place they might release upward again to encourage buyers back in.

Mostly A trades so algorithm driven... Large trade split in to bite sized bits going through at 85. It's a planned/agreed trade. If they were hunting for sellers we wouldn't see a flat bottom...

Reckoner... If you placed an order with your broker to buy 10% of Avacta shares and it was agreed you would settle once the order was filled and the shares were transferred over to you.. Would I be right in assuming you wouldn't have to inform Avacta of your purchase until you hit the 10% mark...you would issued notices of purchases at 3, 4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10% because you didn't own the shares at those points.
Once you notified the company if your 10% holding the the company would notify the markets.
If the above is feasible then its also feasible someone or a Consortium could be taking a large position under the radar.

BJ. Why can't they bid? If they've build up a 30%stake they could approach the company couldn't they.. Or if true perhaps they just want a JV/licence deal.
They have a strong PF of acquisitions...
