If there's a shortage of shares they could do sudden dunk to trigger stops...

Total shares in issue right now = 2071m x 3% = 62m
Total new shares = 133.3m
Total shares in issue after admission = 2204.3m x 3% = 66.12m

When the new shares are admitted any new Investors breaking 3% should inform the company and any existing shareholders crossing the 3% or 1% thresholds should also inform the company.

With such a large Placing, Monday or Tuesday could see a couple of TR1s....

You can go inside legally as long as you agree/sign to the fact you will not sell any of your shares until the information you are given is made public to the wider market. The RNS clearly states that those who went inside are no longer in possession of any information the rest of the markets don't have now.
'those persons that received such inside information in a market sounding are no longer in possession of such inside information relating to the Company and its securities.'
It seems they went inside prior to the previous RNS regarding the new Distributor and that was they information they received before that and this RNS was published. So those who went inside are free to sell their shares once they are officially theirs.

Mr Big...if SNG haven't received their nebulisers to cover the UK trial by now and already distributed them to the 20 hospitals in the Phase 3 Trial then that would be a huge error of judgement on their part. I cannot believe they would let themselves fall into the trap of such a basic error...
They have the money from the Placing to fly the supplies in, however, one would have thought that the supplies would have come in well before that especially with such a long shelf life and as far as payment is concerned they must be on 30 or 60 day terms.
Sigh....

I received a Email from Sue at Consillium on 24 November. She also signed off 'Sue.' (with a full stop after her name). She said in her Email: 'Synairgen will provide an update as soon as there is a development regarding the PIII trial and further progress with SNG001.'

During the 19 November investors presentation RM basically said: 'Phase 3 due to start in couple of weeks results 2 months at best.'

So we are due news imminently on Phase 3!!!!

Kettle.. In France junior schools can stay open with upto 3 Covid students.. If the get 4 they then have to close.
I do think there's perhaps an unsaid herd immunity campaign going on with Govts being so hard line on schools needing to remain open on the basis kids and their parents are least vulnerable and as long as they can be persuaded to stay away from granny and grandpa who will get the vaccine first then herd immunity could be achievable.... Agree they don't licence/approve vaccines but the do approve which age groups/sectors can have the vaccine, dosage rates and timescales etc...
