Only looking at the psoriasis treatment it’s certainly highly plausible that within 18 months this company could quite conceivably be looking to move to 100k subscriptions. Well worth running the slide rule of the figs and it’s over 35M per annum profit. For a company with a rapidly expanding customer base what would anyone value such a company at. Would anyone like a stab.

I think the difference is many people signed up initially expressing an intrest in the product, not a contract to purchase. Indeed all at the first initial stages didn’t know how much the treatment was going to cost. Think everyone understands that, so in effect it would be wrong to claim them as subscribers. Indeed Stuart has not said any figure , although I will be hoping more a more exact one once our sales become established. I know that Stuart has declared that enquiries are growing at an alarming rate. Which if you can give me some leeway here can be interpreted many ways… which led to my comments about the African matchbox seller increasing his sales from 2 to 6 boxes, so thought sales where increasing at an alarming rate: Even those comments were ridiculed by some here; saying prove it about the matchbox numbers so to speak.and they completely missed the point and need to align investor and company expectations. As for the 50k it’s certainly not exact but was in the same way giving a rough idea, as quite honestly I believe the number now to be far higher and outnumber amount of product available. This is why the company wants a soft start to iron out any problems in the supply chain to ensure those subscribing will always get product. Just think about that last comments. As the product is manufactured bacteria, clearly it wouldn’t take a lot for this highly specialised production to go horribly wrong and not only loose the whole batch in the production stages but have to chemically clean all the production equipment and effectively start again, also why we have purchased such a large warehouse. So in a nutshell guys we have massive demand, however if anyone has looked on the USA psoriasis forums they would clearly see that demand was going to be through the roof. Hi Aquea. Still got to wear a mask everywhere around ship. Even watching a show. I’m on first 1st overseas since COVID trip as opposed to a staycation cruise. Currently battling through a 5 Mtr sea swell almost in the middle of dreaded Biscay then just to drive up and buy you a cold beer Elrico. Things are most certainly falling into place nicely with this company now. In just three weeks the income streams will start . Of course there will be recycle with subs being stopped by those who don’t get a positive response or in their viewpoints don’t see enough of a positive response. However the core number of subscribers should steadily grow, boosted by feedback from those who see their conditions improving. One big thing is we can now work out approx income to the company once confirmed. However it does bring me back to my old “straw poll”, where those I knew who had subscribed an intrest still intend to purchase product. Although my number is small all have claimed to still require product, so I’m highly incouraged that sales will prove an outstanding success as subs grow at alarming rates.

However if he looks at my previous posts everything I’ve said so far has happened so I’m a serious holder and not a non invested troll disruptor. Really appreciate the words of support from serious investors. Think we have to acknowledge that some major institutions do get the inside track on what’s actually happening without having to go through the full guarded rns system. Then we have small team groups of private pi,s who actually hold similar quantities of stock, but care to share what they either know or work out what’s happening from guarded messages or private emails from others in a similar position. You don’t see the institutions posting, si please don’t rubbish those that are actually trying to aid investors here.

Hi Jimmy I’m not talking to trolls on this board as they don’t really deserve help. Also they tend to appear just as a raft of professional looking sells appear. They contribute nothing then disappear like the wind. As for management talking to pi, are concerned.it’s a fully open informal forum for serious investors. However in my experience many can’t be bothered like I’m doing to drive 500 miles, overnight stay just to ask and meet our management. Much more easier to do F all and criticise those that do .

Seems to be a heavy seller trying to drop the price again going by the rounded up heavy trades and not the ones we normally see from pi’s.

Feel we will have some having no response and others have reported ongoing improvement a couple of months in, not just the first month. Indeed improvements by quite a few not seen straight away. However at least 30 percent are unlikely to see improvements it’s still 70 that are. Regarding the 50k fig, it certainly wasn’t pulled out of the air, but like a lot of these things we have to take it on trust as nothing official has been released. Indeed even when we next see Stuart even in an informal unofficial capacity some things will have to taken on trust when re reported to this forum afterwards. However I’m sure some alignment can be achieved and investor feedback given to our board, like I would be happy for them to ensure ample supplies available and start stocking to enable the company to supply 25k customers. Clearly upfront costs req, so investor viewpoint vital as it means using up our cash. Think it stems from some opti products that didn’t sell and offloaded at discount

I’m very bullish over the way the reported very large numbers of people subscribing an intrest in purchasing the product. However it’s very important to keep our eyes firmly on our objectives and make sure the investors and the company are firmly aligned. Only 18 months ago the parent company management (opti), where reported as saying sales where flying. Later it was clarified that as they came from a retail background anything over 10 percent annual increase was superb. I was at the time mighty leaved to say the least, and the company has since suffered long term share sales as confidence dwindled. Remember the African matchbox seller who normally sells 2 boxes a day. Well he’s just told me sales are “increasing at an alarming rate”, because he’s now selling 6. So my point and no1 objective when we see Stuart next… and I know he reads these posts, will to make sure company and investor expectations are roughly aligned.

Unless a lot of the previous buys where in fact T20 trades and rather than paying up or rolling they sold them for margin.

Glad to see Stuart substantiate numbers signing up as a intrest as alarming. Reported as 50k a good while ago. Having spent a lot of time on the psoriasis forums you can easily see the huge unmet need for help, with members literally desperate for help. This is why it’s a brilliant stock to invest in, we will be supporting and helping sufferers.Margins on the treatment are about 70 percent.so north of quid to the bottom line.

I think there is significance in the sizing, and why Stuart isn't going in small, think everyone agrees on that. The warehouse is sized for 500k doses a day, or the max Winclove can produce. Clearly if things are moving quickly last thing they want is moving to a new premises, as you always get glitches/holdups when that happens. Guess Stuart thinks the time frame for when they want loads of space is short enough so they wont go for a small place, and then have to move.

See similar (might be the one) warehouse to rent in Boxtel. Total plot size is advertised as 14,100M, but the actual ware house commercial area is 1,323mt. Its not all warehouse but room for trucks, turning parking etc.

Warehouse size normally includes the height which you missed, not just floor area. Also need to deduct admin area. So comes in a lot less than you calculated. However clearly designed for very high future volumes, which is the takeaway key thing here.

Those people have only signed up prior to the announcement expressing an interest in buying, not actually subscribed, subtle difference but company not allowed to announce number as they havn't actually subscribed IE: given authority to deduct payments, and set up contract to supply.
Was some unofficial numbers floated which I've previously released, but until today no one signed up.
Guess that changes right now, with launch day fixed, we can now actually subscribe in advance.
