Glad to see SA confirming a USA surge of interest. There was loads from UK previously but seems we've been surpassed.
Main USA advertising hasn't even kicked in yet. At least we've managed to stockpile loads of matches..oops treatment.

Just to clarify the 60% query. Everyone who saw good results are still on the supplement. Some claimed to have psoriasis just to obtain product or did have it and had second thoughts and didn't even start the program.
This was during Covid and participants "self diagnosed" their condition as psoriasis, it is believed that had the study been clinical conditions success rates would have been more like 90%, as it would have checked that those with skin conditions actually was psoriasis and not many other similar looking conditions.

Think its important to recognise exactly what we have coupled with whats a very cleverly thought out launch program.

His opening move is aimed at getting larger scale USA customer feedback similar to what we all saw on the study.

we're becoming accustomed to so much currently that's just pure greed and profit making opportunities, that its like a breath of fresh air. Indeed I published a very long time ago that I hoped that we would see something like this at the launch, so very pleased indeed.
As product supply is going out in two month batches, there is an additional advantage for this company which is in effect a two month breather, while they can in effect help and enroll other sufferers onto the product, this may not have happened so quickly if they had been snowed under with shorter orders.
Also sends a brilliant message to subscribers that they are not being taken advantage off with sky high prices for life enhancing products.

Great find Chris, really excellent news, this demonstrates a couple of things.
1. They certainly have adequate stock numbers.
2. Continued product use after study ended showed continued improvement for reciplicant, clearly the company are keen to let the product aid the customer and repair the effects of psoriasis as much as possible.
3. By demonstrating this generous opening offer, it shows that the company wants an aggressive market share ..they don't intend to hang about.
4. Commitment to the USA national psoriasis association giving really good deal for their 6M members.
5. Also shows that they doing an aggressive start for market share.
6. demonstrates good margins if able to put on this initial deal.

Just heard from my best friend Suha Appleman (SA), the African matchbox seller who is stockpiling boxes of matches in the biggest test he could rent ready for his product launch this Friday. He's selling his matches to the 6M strong tribe of Uncle Sam who live across the pond who do not have fire. He has had a huge amount of interest and enquiries from Uncle Sam which he told me was increasing at "an alarming rate". He's then employed all the local tribe making matches 24/7 to fill his order.
Well he asked me to help fund this enterprise, and myself among others put in quite a lot of money to aid him as we believe his magic slow burn formula made from 5 ingredients, will enable even the poorest firelighter in tribe Uncle sam to get a blaze going to cook food to make them feel and look better, rather than eating their normal raw meat.
Well my mate SA, hes a pretty shrewd and charismatic guy, who tells me that "hes never let any one down" , and I believe him. Also heard that just in case the tribe making matches lose his "slow burn formula", hes stockpiling extra matches to ensure supply available so he can guarantee fire to those in Uncle Sam who subscribe to his matchbox delivery service by fed ex. Also his current tribe want to do other things so are making a set number of matches to order.
Well his previously appointed packer came to me saying SA has bought in a professional team to handle distribution so he wont not be limited to 10 boxes a day. As I've a vested interest in this investment I asked the packer exactly what he had in his tent last Friday. Well he told me those matchboxes are big at 165 X 120 X 30mm and hold 28 matches each, and as SA has got his eyes on expansion, hes fitting them on EU pallets, so can fit 40 per level, or 400 per foot so 1600 on a pallet 4 feet high. Also just before he left last friday he counted 138 pallets, or 221K boxes, With more still arriving.
Well I know SA was planning on a soft launch which I fully endorse, however the word soft is often open to misinterpretation, just ask my misses, when I;ve been on the Friday night root beer .
However I'm really pleased with this, and have just been pondering what my mates order size is...... and this bit is just me thinking of production run sizes and rounded orders I'd go 250k boxes or 7M matches.

Think AquaeS nailed this one with his post last Thurday, ref going for OPTI first.

Hi Cliostock, just my bad writing, meant they have 20 odd percent shares in SBTX, but only have issued 88M in opti verses 157M in SBTX. So say they sold them all for a quid each to Croda and lets say 20% for simplicity it would raise them 31.4M
So if SOH then did what he said he was going to do years ago but failed and give it all at as a special divi to the log suffering shareholders there it would mean a very nice 35p a share special divi. In effect just pointing out that the amount of stock a company issues has a major bearing.

This is just my opinion and I'm not aware of any supply issues that SBTX have currently, know container freight has surged in cost, but should not effect SBTX much currently.
However question 1 pointing as to why opti price has not risen as much as opti, I can think of two reasons.
1. Only own 21% of SBTX (but have half the shares in issue), so if price was to rise say by a quid here the effect in value of the opti stock would rise in proportion to its value increase per opti share..so less than half.
2. Market sentiment....I know personally of four investors that offloaded poorer performing OPTI shares this week in favour of ones they thought will do better over the next 12 months. Some bought into this one. This will depress prices there.

Thanks for your kind words Jimmy, although in all honesty the major credit should rightly go to Elrico for his tireless investigations at a depth level most of us would probably never do.
All that information is freely accessible, and it does require a great deal of time actually joining the dots, which Elrico is a master at. For example not many would listen to a 2hr tape a three times just to catch the full flavour or small side comments that are easily missed the first couple of times. These when they are explored and thought about can lead you on a completely different path.
However what I find tricky is when a trusted investor e mails me with some snippet of information, that may have been gathered in a similar way, and I let other investor here know of it, and then get called out to prove it or brandished a fake. Well I'll never reveal any source for starters, and sometimes those individuals shouting have ulterior darker motives, and actually don't want to hear anything positive unless its clear black or white, or part of a pro boiler room scam but fortunately I dont think we have have one of those running here but met them before. I'll wager anything that a major instutional holder can text Stuart with a question and get a reply almost straight away. We won't see those ones shared.
Yep I'm probably a ramper here and love to tease with comments like "hold them golden tickets", but its actually tongue in cheek. I believe posters should be viewed on what they have posted over time and whether (even if they get called out and criticized for at the time) actually proves correct.
EG: posting comments of early study effects, saying about huge amounts of potential subscribers, psoriasis foundation endorsing our products, product release well ahead of original schedule. To list a few.
Got one real biggie to come, but got to ask my African Matchbox seller friends permission first, because his launch is also starting next Friday. However I believe the news has already been understood by some unknown very big players looking at the amount of buys yesterday...yep they have done similar research and conclusion I'm sure.

I should add that Erico took no payment for arranging such meeting and indeed urged all present to post what our actual views were on the various forums that exist. Indeed we have him to thank for arranging with our management, as many items were clarified further by them, and I think you arr actually thanking Elrico for doing this.

Think Aqua is correct, this lysate is very much under wraps for now..indeed they started getting really tight lipped when gently pressed, quoting "confidentiality".
They really don't want any market competition getting information. Guess there's always a bigger fish.

Well I spent some very interesting time on the croda website this morning and because I didn’t find anything regarding the Sbtx lysate launch I asked the chat pop up which appeared about it. I was initially asked if I was thinking of purchasing the Sbtx ingredient into my products. Clearly a lot of things are very much advanced behind the scenes with info sent out to customers so they must now be taking orders. Can get a lot of fine sprinkles from a 20 ton first batch.

Certainly not enough in my book, actually think the "weak hands" might be SOH, but hope I'm wrong on this, as I know he feels his last company went far to cheaply.
Cant speculate over price, but I know at least 1% of the company is not up for sale. However there are certain triggers which might cause this and that is feedback from the beauty parade. Its well known that there might be a scramble to obtain the latest breakthrough product on the skincare market, if this happens we will be in deep trouble as our psoriasis treatments could easily be sold for a huge premium, or everyone absorbed into Croda with the normal takeover payroll and perk sweeteners, as current employee numbers are miniscule and everyone is highly skilled at what we are developing. If I was participating on the Croda board right now I certainly wouldn't dismiss this juicy opportunity.

Believe Croda are a brilliant partner to have, as long as they don't love us too much as I believe its a real danger. We know who might part with 21%, if it was attractive enough.

I want our launch next week to get away first, as I believe it will add real concrete value to this company, and I'm very happy with my slide rule calcs which i believe will be instrumental in a share price increase come late spring. Do feel we may be a little vulnerable in the interim, as I want this company to grow its potential.

I would say the launch Rafboy, loads of investors like this stock, however from the end of the study RNS till start of launch, we've had a clear good few months of nothing. So many moved away in the interim, not because they disliked the share, but thought maybe they could invest elsewhere in the interim and possible re-purchase cheaper as well.
This is them coming back on board. Bet we see new posters or old faces returning before long as well.

As Croda are the main customer behind the early Nov event, you can bet they are really wetten the appetite of those going with the announcements of the latest breakthrough in skin cream with our lysate.
They put a fortune into the Matrixyl range (think I saw 52M), and now a superior product in ours has arrived with much better accreditation. These top of the range beauty product manufacturers are always seeking the next thing, and our lysate in dermatology terms is in fact a medical breakthrough but being released to the easiest market.

Launch would not have started so I can answer that for you now...None.
However other direct figs they might not release, so need to approach in a more roundabout way.
Get those questions in, like "whats the product turnover of Wincloves best and third best customer", and "what's the weight of a sprinkle", sounds daft, but those who really follow this stock closely will know its not. ..those ones already submitted.

For me I view this forthcoming launch similar to the launch of when mobile i phones starting coming out in mass production.
Its not a few pills for £1.50 a day, its £500 a year or the same as I paid for my mobile.
Nothing much like it on the market so like the phones demand is high.
Margins are also high as most of the expense was in development.
Also its cash equivalent is like a upgrade every year...for life.
And when word gets around every sufferer will want in.
