Re LOI extension.

The biggest issue to watch out for as a seller are buyers who have little money on hand and seek to finance a large portion of the purchase price. This means they may have a very difficult time obtaining financing. The biggest warning sign is if the buyer is planning to shop for investors after signing the LOI.

As has been previously said. Comments posted on forums like this don't make a blind bit of difference to the SP. The big boy investors call the shots and they don't bother with tittle tattle like this.
