I agree with nobbys post. An important point that was not made however is that HARL will still get the 200m loan, what ever the level of UKEF guarantee. It may be a a very slightly higher rate of interest than with a 100% guarantee, but still a lot lower than our current interest rate.

So, in summary HARL will be in a better position to win large contracts. Dont forget we are ahead of target to be EBITA neutral this current financial year.
