spirit of discover goes back 27th June doing 2 UK cruises and then 2 Norway coastal, back to normal itineraries from 2nd august hopefully, those uk and coastal not on general sales yet while we work through consolidations, should be on general 6th April.

Spirit of adventures inaugural now 26th July 2021 around the UK, then normal planned itineraries from 10th August ??

Ok, I’ll kick it off Rox. Never bought or traded before in my life.
Been in the Travel Industry for 25 years (I’m 42) and held mid to Senior Management positions for Thomas Cook and Hays Travel. As well as owning 3 of my own successful travel agencies. (1 online, 2 High Street) Still own 1 high street agency.
Last year was made redundant, Covid Hit and ended
up stacking shelf’s at B&M 4 days a week and delivering food for Morrison’s the other 2 days of the week.
I had to rent my house out and move in with girlfriend to cover mortgage and bills.
I still work for Morrison’s now doing home delivery on a 24 hour a week contract.
I had 20k of un-used credit on credit cards and thought I’d put it to good use and try make some money. Knowing the industry I knew it would make a recovery, so here I am!!
Started buying at 2.83 in November with £600. I’ve slowly learnt from all you guys and watching the market everyday. Holding and buying on the dips.
I’m now at an average of £2.59 with 6900 shares so £10k up at the moment. I’ll be out at £5.80 target. And won’t be doing it again but it’s been a pleasure.

P.s. I was even trading today on my phone while delivering people’s food haha. GLA.

Shareholder cruise would be great! However, I’ve already booked a lads Ski Holiday for next year, and got a Stag Doo in October, so I’ve basically had to promise/bribe the Mrs with some new teeth she wants to keep her sweet, from my gains. She wasn’t interested before, but now asks me everyday how they’re doing!?

One thing I can guarantee though is that I’m going down to Dover, stay over, (I’m from Bingley, West Yorkshire) get smashed, and physically wave the ship off, if anyone’s in!?

As long as the ships are moving with passengers on regardless of destination, that stops cruise cash burn. I wouldn’t care if it was doing circles round the Isle of Wight:-)

Banbury - it wouldn’t surprise me if they were spending the next 2 weeks ringing all the customers booked on, to get their opinion before they will then make a decision?? If there is general agreement it could be a goer?! It would be classed as a major change to their holiday, so if they wanted to cancel they’d just get their money back.

I can’t imagine anyone saying ‘no’ after being locked up for a year. I’d rather be in the Champagne Bar!

Just spoke to Saga and they are saying it’s till going ahead and there still hoping to run this cruise, they will be making a decision in the next 14 days.
