Very informative posts BBN, thank you. Makes you think that surely somebody must be interested in the Helium we are producing right now. I wonder if the offtakers may be putting in small orders for a trailer or two once they've seen evidence of purity etc. onsite, whilst longer-term contracts are being drafted. Hopeful thinking, perhaps, but surely it isn't out of the realms of possibility that we get an RNS in the next 1-3 weeks that states we have sold x amount of helium on a one-off/short-term basis.

Production is already in a very good rhythm. In the interview Bo stated 1500mcf per day per well. At 1% helium concentrations that’s 15mcf helium per well per day. At $500/mcf thats $7500 per well per day, $22500 per day combined, $675k per month.

Using your own logic (as 3 wells are producing and ramping up to full production in the upcoming months), we are only valued at the revenue value of these 3 wells, suggesting 0 enterprise value/ future wells/hydrogen/increased He cost/He isotope presence etc. are reflected in the share price. To me, it sounds like Bagzzz is saying Helix is undervalued by the market right now. A broken clock and all that... ;)

From what I've seen (and experienced being invested in similar companies) it is fairly common (2-5% quoted online) and appears to be relatively cheap/easy to fix (1-7 days, 20-150k) unless it can't be retrieved in which case side tracks etc. may be required. Not disastrous IMO. Unsure the logistics of who pays for this but if it is Helix, then it would explain the delay to get it done (get the offtake sorted with money coming in/upfront payment).

On 15k volume, I won’t be losing sleep over it.

Sorry coco where have you seen it cost them £1m wasted on other rigs or have you just made that up? I think if you read the annual reports you will see a $100k loss associated with another rig and nothing else?

Remember that noble saw 3x background but then have wirelined 5%. I believe the discrepancy has to do with the drilling mud but I’m sure someone with better knowledge can explain in more detail!

In my mind the RNS made it clear we are not getting an update by saying an update in due course rather than after we start drilling/TD etc.

Unsure why people were expecting anything today, and I doubt a tweet is coming either imo.

Funny you're talking about RJ having blind optimism and faith about being rewarded but surely you are in the same boat or else the prudent thing would be to sell out at the loss you currently have for not wanting to put blind hope on a gain in SP to get your money back?

I don't think we get an RNS until wirelining has at least partially been completed. If you read the wording of the RNS they say about updating the market in 'due course' whereas before they specified we would get updates when they started drilling/reached TD.

As per the issues in Qatar etc. they would not be able to readily increase demand to meet supply issues. They would have to double methane output to double helium output (not very realistic as the infrastructure will not be present to double the gas extraction rate on a whim just to get some extra helium). Pure-play helium producers do not have this issue to the same extent.
