Caw, thanks for the correction.
There should be more @0909 0925 1035. Below was from one of the t212 team member when asked about their execution policy and trading venue/broker they use.
"Yes, since IB is our intermediary we provide direct market access execution. We don’t rely on RSPs or market makers to handle our flow - you trade directly on the exchanges’ books."
My 100 share purchase @20.5p @0846 seems to have gone through normal exchange and is surprisingly shown as a buy. That's my market order from yesterday in t212 which got processed this morning. Shows how terrible it is. Even FT processes the market orders instantly.
Caw, looks like those 100 and 200 shares buys are mine. Zero fee trades in trading 212 but trade execution esp for AIM shares and low liquidity shares are terrible. Even market orders take a few minutes to a whole day to get processed. Would be lucky to get the limit orders processed at all. Checked the time stamps for those trades and can confirm they are mine. I use both t212 and FT but hold majority in HL. I like to make a lot of small purchases when sp gets dragged/manipulated downward.
Pleased with the update. Solid this. Secura Bio messing about with that letter and demands. Hopefully nothing concrete and gets dealt with without any issues.
Easy and st fwd in HL so voted YES to all resolutions but no voting option in both Freetrade and Trading 212. Times like these I'm glad my majority holding, albeit not as substantial as that of many here, is in HL. Them <=£100 trades are mine lol. No fees hey ho! Might as well add when bored waiting.
Aren't you excited at the direction the company is being steered towards by the BOD? Regardless of whether someone is here for short/mid/long term, the vision is being worked on and manifested to create and add shareholder value by not just trying to monetise assets but move forward as a world-class joint venture in the field we are in. That's an exciting prospect wouldn't you agree?
Source: RNS Number : 4503Y,Eurasia Mining PLC, 12 May 2021 "Potential asset sale, FSP & other updates"
"pleased to announce that a proposal has been received for the acquisition of certain assets of the Company."
"Eurasia and its advisers have engaged with a wide range of parties interested in acquiring either the assets and/or the Company."
"has more recently focused its attention, including providing due diligence access, on a limited number of potential bidders who had shown consistent interest in Eurasia and its high-quality asset base."
"However, after conclusion of the joint venture with Rosgeo ("Rosgeo JV")......the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. The Board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale."
"Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are committed to maximising the value for all the shareholders, and we are delighted to have received a proposal from a credible party that could allow us to pay a significant dividend to all shareholders."
"James Nieuwenhuys, CEO and Managing Director of Eurasia commented: "After significantly strengthening our position in the open pit PGM district of the Urals and in the PGM and battery metals district of Kola recently, we are enthusiastic to advance a potential deal that provides an opportunity to monetise the value to Eurasia's shareholders."
I'd be wary of shorting EUA.
nearly choked on my $1 burger when this embryonic dude mentioned 400gbp/share. He turned me into a multi-millionaire with that prediction and himself into a billionaire effectively with his 14m share holding. Utmost optimism and highest out-there sp prediction I've seen so far.
There's definitely a 'hold' somewhere in b/w those 2 last I checked. I'm still up considerably but willing to let it play out. Had topsliced 20% in 24-29 range. Got to add in cheap today. Not as bal**-deep as few in here but hoping for the best nonetheless...upto the judge.
