Chart/Technical view The chart shows what a disaster GON has been down from 13p to 2p in one year and from 26p to 2p in three years. However the chart also demonstrates the recovery potential. At 25p the company would be valued at approximately £40m which is around $60m which would be in-line with the $50-100m valuation that seems ‘right’ for a chinese online gaming company given corporate transaction valuations read-across in the space. There is a clearly defined downtrend on the chart and once that is broken I would certainly buy more because any recovery has the potential to be vertical given the exciting growth being exhibited by the wowan365/Sage of Heroes property.

That the portal and game licencing may be in the process of going ‘International’ with licences signed in Malaysia. This suggest some posters means that Galleons/Wowan365’s ‘Saga of Heroes’ could be a massive asset and could be about to repeat the growth cycle of the Chinese online gaming company Changyou (Nasdaq:CYOU) listed on Nasdaq with a $2bn Market Cap.
