I’m going to put this politely. What the fu** is going on and why is barely anyone talking about it?!

I find the rise odd, but more so the fact no one is talking about it. This stock was in the mud a few weeks ago and look how well it’s recovered. I had a bit of a look around but can’t see anything that supports such a jump, could possibly be a broker rating or a large buy but I’m not sure. Does someone know something we don’t? My plan was to sell it at 350 but debating holding off now.

If you had asked me what my worst buy was a year ago I would have said BAB after buying at 290. About one month later it sh*t the bed to 220. Nearly threw up but instead I doubled down and brought the average to about 250. Nearly cashed the other month when it hit 350 but decided to hold (stupidly). Also near sold before results but held again (stupidly). Should have bought more after results as it’s rebounded massively. Will most likely sell it soon but was able to turn a bad buy into something pretty good.

Just logged into my iweb account today to accept the offer from ENQ, after 10 minutes of faffing about realised that it ended 23:59 last night, can’t believe it. Anyone who’s been through this before know if it’s possible to still take the offer up by any chance? (Long shot I know)

I guess I can get behind that. Once the sale of said parts of the business goes ahead I can only see upwards movement here, not sure how long it will take but seems to me that things are moving pretty quickly.

Went ex-divi today so has fallen by divi yield %... and a little bit more, priced in, was always going to be down today.

Definitely in a much better position now. Really happy I kept averaging down over the last few weeks. Don’t feel sorry for anyone out to short this, will only get burned imo. Would like to see it go back to 400p by the end of the year.

A new negative article on Boohoo, also, water is wet. Starting to feel very sorry if independent investors now because if I’m sick of this I can only imagine how others feel. ‘A ban on US exports’ is not a headline to be taken lightly, but a current drop of 4.5% based on that headline is actually hilarious. If there was some material evidence I’d expect the SP to be a lot less than that. If you’ve been in this stock or watched it over the lass year you’ll realise this is another opportunity before a bounce back, created by shorters and those who are mentally inept. See you guys in a few months.

Eyes closely on the results tomorrow. Think a drop is inevitable as results may have a great outlook but damage has been done regardless and the balance sheet will show as much tomorrow. Hoping to get in around 160 (optimistic), but will settle for 170 if it rebounds quickly. No brainier that this will be a long investment and should recover quite well.

That’s us pretty much gapped up now. Would be nice to have a few days of green now but I’m just thankful to be back in profit. Ultimately I’d like 400p for these at some point this year. Once any bad news is dealt with, if there is any.

Don’t think it’s just BARC, most banks offering target prices have no idea what they’re doing, I believe it’s down to the incompetent people they hire 90% of the time. Pleased how well this has performed over the last week. Hopefully not too long before we break 300.

Totally agree. First got in here a few weeks ago at 290 and now I’ve just bought a load more to get my average down. Happy to hold this till next year if needs be but once Covid starts disappear this will be back up in no time. SP action going on as if they’ve lost money?! Market is crazy these days. Huge overreaction IMO.

Same here. Looked at this company a few months back when covid pulled it back and it rallied quite well the next few months after that. Great results given the current climate. I think it could go lower but wouldn’t expect anything lower than 500 (loss of 20%). Bought with the expectation for this to get back to at least 700 by end of Q2 2021.

Apologies. Shareholders/Future shareholders with a brain*. If you’re serious about investing here you will start to notice that there is a trend.

This isn’t even news anymore, surely there aren’t shareholders out there scared by this news? Boohoo lives in Liz Kendall’s head rent free. Can’t help but feel like they’ve sold out of a dress she wanted or something? Anyway, this will disappear again just like all the other boring stories, #buytheverysmalldip.

Haven’t looked at this board for about 4/5 days now and used to check it religiously every 5 minutes. If someone asked me to guess the ages of the average posted on here I’d have to say about 8 years old. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had my fair share of arguments but normally no when to shut up. The amount of posts that are racked up with such insignificant details is becoming a bit of a joke. Still long and will be until the company booms or turns to ash, I believe it can be turned around, ethically, but only time will tell. If you’re worried about your holding here maybe diversify a bit more and focus on another share for a while because I don’t see much northern movement here for a while.

Majority of companies making people redundant yet BAE seem to be making more jobs and still taking apprentices on which is great to see (way forward IMO). Just took a position in here today at 476, after debating it all of yesterday. In for mid to long term, divi is a nicety I guess.
