Problem with Trumpet pants is plain and simple. Yes he is a businessman right or wrong, he has made his money and as the old adage goes, your better off dying with debt than not (pretty sure his estate will disappear into the ether and he will own nothing that could be chased to recover any outstanding debts when he kicks the bucket). Becoming bankrupt does not mean so much if the pay cheque at the end of it is worth it and trust me, if you have the right lawyers\accountants the pay day Vs the stigma of being bankrupt does not mean anything. The rich use and abuse the rules at such a level its absolutely bonkers and mainly because its worth it.
The bigger issue is, he will become the de facto ‘CEO’ for much of the world. With his tech billionaire cohorts at hand whispering in his ear, Trump simply does not have any filter which will cause volatility, both politically, socially and economically.
The upside is and yes there is one…his erratic controversial behaviour and past history does not bode well with other despots (world leaders). They want someone they can bully and stall while they get what they want. With Trump, like it or not is a bully and a big one at that and he won’t just sit there dithering about the ethics or morality of a situation he will just want action.
The world will change in the next 4 years, that I am pretty sure of. Whether it’s for the good or bad thats very debatable/jury is out.
In a sad way, I am looking forward to Trump’s administration maybe for all the wrong reasons, but what’s the real alternative? There is not one. The western leaders over the last 4 years have been procastinating, stuck in some sort or paralysis analysis phase as no one leader has just grabbed the world issues by the balls and said we are doing this, everyone just get in farking line with force\conviction or else and to be realistic, again like it or not, only the good old U.S of A has that kind of power.
Anyway have a good weekend all and GL for next week.
Cheers
