Buying this stock is like driving on the M1(UK Motorway). Regardless of the traffic (macro news), accidents (unexpected issues), silly drivers (market makers), RR will reach 'A' destination over a period of time. Everyone should have an exit price (junction you come off) and the more time you have the more likely you will make that exit in one piece.
News flows are like those overhead signs, go slow, fog ahead, congestion etc. etc.. But the key here is, you still continue to move forward with some expectations set of what is to come. Some people will bail and try to beat the traffic by exiting early (sell their shares), others will stay but change lanes (sell and buy again at a cheaper price (gamble) or buy another stock hoping it will get to their exit price quicker). We all know changing lanes in traffic is mostly a false economy...it always seems the other lane is moving faster than the lane you are in..but usually its not..unless there is a filter lane up ahead of a just for oil activist who has glued themselves to the road!
Hold strong and keep the faith. I still have about 82% of my portfolio in this and there are days you feel like your on top of the world and other days where you think...I need to diversify. BUT changing lanes is not something I intend to do right now. There are too many aspects to this share which will cause it to rise (more than things that could lower it). I do have a partial exit in mind and its not in the 6's (range)
Have a good weekend all, keep the faith.
