It’s not rocket science chaps.The acquisition will now complete and bond holders will now come on board to secure the historic Atomic debt -that what was meant by AM all along with with reference to investor equity and security..The latter could only be secured once the initial purchase funds were in place hence the placing..All good and a day to sit on oneshands rather than give your shares away as we head v shortly to not insignificant production status with the added bonus of a crude oil recovery..Peeps who know the game by now should know you can’t have it all ways and the deal is a transformational one for the company despite the short term ‘pain’
