I very much doubt they will get voted off though i do think you are right there, the top shareholders took the placement so wouldn't vote them out.

Im confused though still. Why did they give up the net zero facility that had a minimum price of 2.5p and then raise money at 1.75? They returned £2m, incurred all the fees then did the raising lower?

I would never disrespect the "Billster" I think he did a great job under the circumstances. What I find odd though is how people think these days. Quite literally these are amazing silver results. I dont think I have ever heard of such a high grade nickel intersection by comparison.
