i think you did suggestion by your post on Monday night at 23.38, we know EDR are most likely the favs to buy Leap but cant see an inflated price for it just because EDR has gone up since IPO, if it is EDR then I'm sure discussions have been ongoing with all party's as Ed,s being helping out Leap for nearly 5 months now, surely by now Leap have a figure on how much they want for it and lets hope whoever wants it pays it.

Agree, plus FFWD have invested around 3.2m pounds in Leap, so well undervalued.

i agree they will want more than 25% and yes its got to be worth over $6m.

Oh they will have the capability to do more than one deal at a time fore sure Jim, maybe a deal has already been struck who knows, but i don't think Leap wound be so stupid to say oh sorry the price has just gone up 25%, everybody wants a good deal and if EDR are interested I'm sure Leap/ FFWD will get a fair price, we were told Leap had hit profitability last year never mind Q3 this year, I'm hoping were not talking about Leap in Q3 to be honest.

it is obvious what EDR,s priority is and its not Leap, i don't care when its bought or an IPO even as long as a deal is done at some point, makes sense EDR buying it but saying EDR is up 25% means the price of Leaps has just gone up 25% is crazy.

why would it 888, do you think Leaps watching EDR,s share price and said there up 25% so lets bang up Leaps price the same, there main aim is to buy the rest of UFC and EDR,s price going up gives them more ammo, I'm sure if they wish to buy Leap Gaming they will have enough change to do so.

sorry should of added as doggo has said the market has has a 2.5 million pound value on Leap against about 3.2 million pound invested in Leap by FFWD, so who's right, the market, i think not so as doggo stated the SP is incorrect but that's out of FFWD,s hands, FFWD just need some good PR and get the city boys onside, you may not be interested in FFWD becoming a cannabis/wellness fund but that's where the money will be, i hope the Leap sale is more exciting than the Emmac sale for you. YES Lee your right just read the RNS 9th July 2018 when they added that couple of %, be nice to get some news on Leap, and you never know we still might get something out of Factom yet.

Lee i think we all agree Leap is undervalued, as many said Leap pulled out of the deal they were offered of 4.9 million dollars for there 41.15%, up to then FFWD had invested 3.5 million dollars, i know there was 2 loans 1 paid back don't think other one has but could be mistaken, but i don't think our total investment in Leap is 4.5 million pounds like you said, on the last offer FFWD would of made just over a million pounds it would be nice to make 10 times that at least, remember Ed said there looking for investments with a 10 x return, lets see if this is the 1st.

Still no confidence in the SP at the moment, the market is awaiting the news you said was coming , over to you Ed.

so if the markets value Leap at 2.5mill does that mean the market value FFWD at 5mill, is this correct ? as the interims show the Nav was 9.43p per share, surely we have to stick with FFWD,s figure of around 7mill just for Leap.
