He said Leap to IPO, but then said of course anything is open to an offer, so reading between the lines if EDR do want it they will have to pay top dollar or we IPO, so I’d say IPO is a good safety net , so pay what it’s worth or IPO, just my thoughts.

i went back and listened to the interview again, now as much as i call out Ed on this occasion with Leap i think he's playing a blinder , i really don't know what Leaps worth but the way Leap are playing this i think we could be in for a nice return.

don't think Mellon selling more FFWD, i think he only sold as a tit for tat for FFWD selling Portage , i think its the last placement shares getting flipped.

most companies going into profit during the year will most likely show a loss for the full year depending if it was late in the year they started to go into profit month by month, i cant see that being a problem as it will show they have turned a loss making company now into a profitable one, what will be more important is the forward looking statement the company provides at results time.

this happens a lot and also with other shares on Aim that you cant sell, for now they don't want them, just keep trying

Agree Bemm hope we get more of it now and then, as I’ve said great entry point for a newbie, tad over today’s price for me to break even but most know that , I’m sure at some point I can get what I want 50% on my investment so low teens I’ll be happy , I’ve had my rants looks like FFWD do read the boards and Ed,s looking to buy would be a big plus.

i think there's a fair chance FFWD would of took part in ANIC raise and i also think it would of been on Jim's say so, should find out one way or another soon.

so, why the lack of news not surprise you then, he should be using the Media to promote what FFWD are doing, saying nothing id say doesn't really help either.

I'm sure he didn't mean the shareholders of FFWD, if your saying this is the case he should leave FFWD immediately.

Well I would hope he would know Leaps sale price , coming up to 6 months now, just waiting for the market conditions may delay everything
