888, don't you find it strange that a company has been sold to another company and there's been no RNS to say so as its already in the public domain for everyone to see, so if we all know why do we need an RNS you ask, well i would of thought its common to let shareholders know what's going on ie time scale, and figures on the deal as we do own 30% of Factom or have Seed forgot or do they just think its not important enough to tell shareholders as this wouldn't be the first time this has happened, now i know FFWD/Seed might not be the best at doing figures but FFWD/Seed now seem to work on a who needs to know basis, and it looks like shareholders are in the don't need to know group.

only problem Leap are not in profit yet, unless things have changed, in the last update we got although a while ago we were told this was the case

I said this months ago Refles that Ed could be playing a blinder by going ahead with an IPO to then force who ever wants Leap to come in with a bid, but for this to happen I just hope everything is being put in place for the IPO and just not sitting there waiting for someone to knock on the door, we’re down to 6 weeks and counting to do something with Leap not my words but FFWD/Seed’s, and for the sooner the better the SP may well stay stagnant , the money raised from Leap could be put to work quicker than maybe having to do a raise because a raise comes at a cost with all there little add on’s, well that’s my view anyway.

I've also said that from the start, but the quicker the better for everyone.

morning all, i wouldn't say tempers are frayed at all its just not knowing what's going on , as a long term holder we've been told very little and all that they cant say nothing is rubbish, just take his last 2 podcasts, he's now been helping Leap nearly 9 months and if things are going to plan which he should know when asked the question about Leap is yes things are progressing along well and I'm still hopeful we can get something done in Q3, now that's not news as they told us Q3 so your just looking for an update which would keep the city onside and us SH plus maybe attract new investors but he said nothing along those lines that's why it looks like to me a possible delay, as Wads would say oh boy oh boy :-) i hope I'm wrong on this point, remember the Emmac deal he was doing a podcast he said nothing about Emmac then gone in a week was it a good deal yes they made money but nothing like many thought on here and the MM,s certainly weren't impressed, lets hope as they say that lightening never strikes twice in the same place.
