were not selling in the cannabis space so if the markets down maybe Seed can get into these investments cheaper, if the cannabis markets rebound it will cost Seed more , cash is king

that is also very true Doggo, on another note when you do business its always better to have cash in the bank in that way you attract more business if your cash rich, now Seed only have 1million left at the moment to invest so how many opportunities are Seed missing out on, companies are coming to Seed for cash which for now we don't have, just look at the business Seed did and how quick it was done when we had access 10million, if we can get rid of Leap just imagine how much more business Seed could get done without having to raise money, we don't want to be a stop gap for these companies with them knowing we could flip them at anytime, so we need cash in the bank to move forward , doing something along these lines like we've done lately could make Seed the no 1 cannabis fund to go to.

i see where your coming from Reefles but it does seem like the long way round to get Leap, i think if a private deal between IMG and Seed where IMG bought Seeds 44% which would give IMG just under 70% of Leap might work as long as the price is right , IMG would then just pick the rest up along the way, I'm sure Seed can offload there 44% to anyone they want at anytime, just hoping one of the big boys want it, remember Ed said there's lots of parts to Leap that was making it difficult to get everything done in a decent time, lets not waste anymore time just sell our 44% to the highest bidder then Seed can move on, not as if we've never sold one of our investments before.
