it is annoying Forthewin but at the time they sold Intensity to Portage i thought it was a good deal, i was thinking along the lines of eggs in one basket , if Intensity had failed at least we would of had other projects to fall back on, what I'm sick about now is how much Seed have of PRTG, yes i know Ed sold 2 or 3 lots the last one at a good price, PRTG is about the only way they could raise cash, he then said in a podcast they might be interested at putting in an order to repurchase PRTG but that was never going to happen cos of the cash situation, i personally think he thought this Leap episode wouldn't of gone on for so long, this Leap business isn't rocket science there in the entertainment business, there now selling Leap into a over saturated market of gaming, i just hope the boats not sailed and left Leap behind.

how can he be granted shares from Leap while working for Seed Kierewiet, who would gift them to him, or are you saying get this deal done Ed and we will give you XYZ if a deal gets done form Leaps cut, anyway how much power do Leap have in the say so of a deal, Seed are the biggest holder then IMG so that doesn't leave a lot left does it, when you think about it Leap don't have much leverage at all do they.

This is why Ed wants a 20% plus investor, we don’t have anyone on the board or existing large holders buying shares which is not a good sign , hopefully this might change soon.
