i said Jim Mellon Soon found out, and from what i read after we sold portage Jim /his team did teach Ed a lesson by selling some Seed stock for going behind his back, and he also never informed shareholders of FFWD, I'm sure you remember reading about this at the time.

Why do you say untrue Mat, when Seed/FFWD decided to sell portage the 1st time or was it the 2nd time Jim Melon soon found out and then gave Ed a little lesson by hurting FFWD, the only difference this time Seed where powerless to do anything bar sit and watch, so id say yes they did know for months what was going on.

that's the trouble Sea1ew so close to a proposed IPO and we don't know how Leaps is performing in the gaming sector , surely with the proposed IPO if doing well Leap would be shouting from the roof tops saying so and then id expect there biggest shareholder Seed to be echoing the same news, wouldn't this bring some excitement to an IPO and Seed innovations in the near term.

Takayama I think your wrong there, there’s no order to wait till it risers, they’ve placed the shares and they will of got an average price when they can be sold into the market, it will be sold at broker discretion if they don’t get there price they will hold on, well that’s how I see it.
