low share price will definitely attract the get rich quick punters as is the case with most penny stocks whereas in reality (especially in current uncertain market climate) people really should be putting their savings into revenue generating cash rich stocks for the eventual market upturn and recovery.

the risk v's reward in AIM is madness during these uncertain and choppy times as a lot of junior market companies and perhaps even some mid tier ones will go under long before we see a more stabilised upward market trend and an end to this dreadful disease.

if you look around the oil patch you will see even the big companies are struggling at current oil prices and almost all of them have already acted quickly and taken steps to shelve large capital expenditures or non essential maintenance projects and cut any unnecessary fat out of the system as they hunker down during this perfect storm (covid-19 and low oil price environment) in an effort to preserve their cash and come out the other side largely intact.

each to their own risk appetite I guess and of course there are still plenty of folks who (falsely) believe that they get more for their buck buying a one penny stock rather than a 5 dollar stock (which in number of shares is strictly true) but in the current and unprecedented situation we find ourselves in (nobody knows how long this dreaded disease may last or what tales of destruction will be left behind it) all of my investment money is currently in blue chip stocks and any fresh money will be heading in the exact same direction when it becomes available until some form of prolonged market normality returns.

GL to anyone taking a punt but I'd suggest it is only a punt with money you can either afford to lose or tie up for a long time as the original schedule of drilling in 2021 is highly unlikely if not improbable given world events and for that reason I'm staying out for now.

apart from getting rid of a loss making bit of their business I suspect they will get any future service work given they are primarily a service provider :)

its understandable that folks will take profit along the way (hence the pullback from the 349's) but personally I think there might be a tad more gas in the global tank now that Donald has all but got his $1.8 trillion stimulus from the Senate approved (just the official vote to pass it required but by all accounts sufficient cross house agreement is already there) but as with anything only time will tell

I wouldn't be averse to seeing it retrace back under 300 again on or after the 5th April as anything I am buying at those sort of prices will all going into the long term dividend pot anyway
