sloppy journalism (I thought) from the Evening Standard inferring to its readers that INFA SP has gone from .47p to circa 40p as a result of Adrian's divine intervention because they failed to mention the 100:1 share consolidation along the way.

2 years on the Island Magee project is still on the yet to be approved drawing board, the SP is less than where it was when he forced his way into the chair after promising shareholders significant short term (similar to what he is doing here now) returns, whereas in reality the only one that got any real returns was the vulture himself in fee's and free gratis shares.

anyway for all the investigative investors out there, do a bit of background digging into his murky corporate past.

I'm pretty certain there are still a lot of 'creditors' out there interested and watching the latest Adrian lifestyle adventures unfold whilst waiting for their rightfully owed cash back.

never quite understood how some can sleep easy at night and show their face in public having knowingly deprived others of what is rightfully theirs but then again, in the murky old world of corporate greed and dirty money, I suppose some really do have no shame.

they are flat broke and pretty much living hand to mouth on pitiful draw downs just to keep the lights on

be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules (which requires the raising of at least £6 million) failing which, the Company's Ordinary Shares will then be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 40. Admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled six months from the date of suspension should the reason for the suspension not have been rectified.

£6 million (at least) eh - but how?
that's at least 4 times more than their current available credit limit so its going to be a helluva painful dilution for shareholders at current pricing

absolutely Austin, most of these 'cornerstone investors' (as they are now being referred as) are multi millionaires because of strict financial discipline and targets and its not because they took a red or black punt on an AIM stock that may or may not have in the past, present or future gone to the moon.

I agree there is no doubting they are in receipt of much more in depth information than any retail punter is but each and every one of them will (IMO) be looking to recover their initial investment as soon as is practically possible which in essence is no different than what I did when I forward sold all my placing shares in the mid 7's

once their investment has been recovered in full or even better at a nice profit they may of course (depending on the story at the time and any performance to date) leave some of those shares to run for the much heralded dividends and pie in the sky triple digits but trust me they will have significantly reduced their position before any of that happens.

the thing that most retail investors don't understand is when you are dealing in big numbers its all about the percentages returned not the individualistic number of pounds

its like posing the age old question - would you rather I returned you 1% of a million quid or gave you 50% of a thousand :-)

BTW you might be surprised how many of them would plump for the 50% :-)

Never going to happen why would it come down, the MKT Cap will be nothing when the shares list, in-fact even at 20p which I expect very quickly, will only give a 140m mkt cap, serenity on its own could be worth that, then you have liberator, hundreds of millions in tax losses to use, all the Canadian assets, cash in the bank no debt and I could go on and on. As of today and this deal, this has just become one of the most undervalued oilers out there.
