for all anyone knows it could quite easily have been the 'other' party who backed away given all the delays to date in delivering the African dream that was at the time promised as part of the investment deal.

so yesterdays RNS reads to me as if the deadline for delivering those assets has expired and the consortium has simply withdrawn its offer but AC being AC then the real story will never be admitted or known.

one day this and one day that, revenue this and revenue that, however the simple investment fact is the market will never wake up until they deliver an annual profit.

its all very well shouting from the rooftops about more shows or more rentals and thus (on paper) increasing your revenue streams but if your expenditure is constantly greater than your total income its not a sustainable business, its a CEO and hobbyists lifestyle.

oh and by the by MB10 the £1.5 million loan was secured against ALL of their current assets which is the 'effective and secure route' of getting it back if it all goes pete tong and they cannot pay their dues.

I seem to recall (not so very long ago) that 60p was a strong buy with triple digits being promised soon and yet here you all are treading water in single digits and all because .. no not because of Covid .. because .. balance sheets never lie :-)
