We will find out tomorrow morning how much will be allocated. I suspect ten per cent up to a maximum level and possibly nothing at all for those that requested silly amounts like 20,000. Of course the company can always issue more stock and might be tempted to take 2 or 3 million £ so that everyone gets 20%....otherwise you could get lots of tiny allocations. I am not sure it matters much....not with the volumes here

Dont know. The point that the bulls / rampers will never acknowledge is that a lot is now in the price here. That so many of us are in so much profit and free carry. To push the price higher you need more and more news and more and more fresh buying to balance the inevitable profit takers. The reality is that the sales news may be excellent but the mkt may want more. I dont see as much upside as others here but each to their own of course. NYCT has led the way in the testing mkt no doubt about it but then its no longer 120 or even 150p. It has a huge mkt cap these days. So I hold but not as many as before and definitely not a buyer at £4.

yes you must phone.....no online applications. You must have cash in account and yes they will take all of it for what you apply. That is normal. Th excess will be returned but that might take some weeks. how many we will get......we will find out tomorrow evening or Wednesday morning

They warned would close soon without notice though when I phoned at 8.30am this morning. Who knows? It might be that its all pointless. I applied for 2500 but if we get 50 each or something like that and all the full monies will be sent off and not returned for a month .....add the costs....then it will have been at a net loss.

crashed through 15 dollars today. Around £3 in sterling. Gan also raised about 60 million dollars in cash so plenty of scope.

Will look to sell half of my holding as this price is a four bagger plus for me. When I can. Then leave the rest and see where we are. Been some rally from around 58p intraday in March

No. You still have shares but in a private company. You cannot sell them because they are not listed. I have lots of such shares. Sometimes they work out and you get more money than you paid on a takeover or sale of assets. Sometimes you never hear from them again. Take Atlantic Coal. Delisted three years ago. Had three good cash offers. The directors said no. Now gone into administration. My 8 grand lost. Would have got very approx £25K if the offer had been accepted but the directors preferred to carry on taking large salaries. We had no say. Thats the deal. Shares in small caps are risky.

I dont want this to go down....I thought this would go to 12p on booming business for Eddie. I dont understand why they did not put this in an update on the business they hold. why issue at 4.24? It almost said to the market.....give me a good kicking. So they did. I think 5p will be the highest we see on Monday...I hope I am completely wrong. I would be pleased to see 8p again.

ninja...idiot. I hold here having traded these loads of times. I got 12.75 on these in March so my average is very low now. The rns was released 6 mins before close and the price was spanked. It is good that they have got a further 6 months but I was hoping for bumper results in the next rns not talk of dilution and delisting. We will see on Monday but I am realistic! Not like you it seems.....

Down heavily on Monday I think. Fund raising and delising is a recipe for the market makers to hit the price sharply. Nothing much we did not know here but it hardly reads well

The latter will be ok....but the share price? I could see 3p on Monday but plenty of time here until December. Could have been more positive though.

It always amazes me that Pi's panic sell at the bottom and pile in at the top. On the 25/6 March I put everything I had into the mkts. Only a few weeks ago. No "fantasy" or wise men.....just experience that told me that would be one of the best times in my life to buy stocks. Not enough in here ...just hundreds in total but that was worth thousands this morning. I just think PI's should be given the change to buy placings as a right.

I bought these at 0.79 in March. Not impressed with this raise....didnt they raise recently? Cash in the bank is good to have of course but rather fed up with some discounted placings "not open to the public" as they put it.

0.75 was the day low but I saw 0.68 intraday.

since I got these. Only a few weeks now but it seems ages. I said on here that I would not pay above 1p and I think 0.92 was the lowest I got although it went much lower.

the 150p level seems to be the battleground at the moment

teabiscuit you really are a twat. This is now below 140p because and solely because of the 80 pence placing. The reality is this board does not affect the price nor do you or anyone else know where next. You and not me are well down on this. It is not derampers ffs...its the placing idiot!!!

The honest truth is that no-one knows and the price might easily halve again. Then fall by half again. The scary thing here is that the 52 week low here is just 7 pence. So if the product does not hit the mkt as expected or there is a better and cheaper product this will collapse in price. It was and is a gamble. I am on a free carry so I dont have to talk through my pocket. Ignore the rampers who will tell you this is cheap etc because they are long. They know nothing. What price will this hit next week? No idea. I think we will break 140p today myself and both 100p and 120p are fair targets for lows. I intend to buy more as we approach something near the placing price as news could make this soar but it could be a rough ride here.
