A huge mkt cap for this.....the purchase price was funded by shares not cash it seems. Abal could have done a better deal than this I feel. Not sure if any revenue here but will keep my stake from abal just in case....although I think that £££ is mostly gone

I sold these at 22p a year ago. Bought back in after the first contract at 6.5p. Can see this drifting back up to 20p plus as business improves again.

yes indeed. Very highly rated at this price on stockopedia. it made me wonder if small UK based suppliers are going to be back in vogue now. Perhaps the lowest possible price will not be so important for a while now? Quality and guaranteed ability to deliver from a local base could be back in vogue? The sort of stock that might steadily drift back up over the rest of the year I think....and maybe that will be typical for this type of UK based business who can offer something more than just "cheap".

I sold mine on Friday morning after the news...simply because I am getting the broker options on Thursday priced at just 80p. So not taking over 200 pence seemed daft. Even so I am looking to buy them back if this dips below the 130p level before Thursday. That would be too low

The ops manager phoned me up tonight. I had grumped about my small allocation. In fact I got all the shares I wanted but it was split between two emails. That was a first for Primary. There was a time gap of about 35 mins between the two. He explained the idea was both went out together but the server could not cope with the volume. Fair enough.....it was good for him to phone to explain. Excellent service. I only applied for a small amount here.....done rather a lot of placings recently with TRX last night, two broker options with GDR the biggest and a couple of other placings for next week. There was going to be a big placing tonight with Primary but that got pulled late. Talk about busy mkts. Sign up for Primary Bid over the weekend is my advice!

In the meantime some of these older stores will be closed as the contracts with the landlords run out. A smaller more focused board, a lot less staff, costs down. Anyone remember Stuart Rose? Chair of both MKS...who made a billion profit when he was CEO there ....and now Ocado. One of those people who just seem to win wherever he goes. Talented and I suspect a lucky general.

yes there was a buying limit on primary bid. Something like £25K. High for private investors.....nothing for instits. Nothing yet to confirm allocation but I am guessing all.

My guess is this will go on a run to 20p plus now. Huge demand this morning, the instits clearly liked what they heard, they will be scaled back and will buy more in the mkt.

It does not automatically mean the shares will be sold. Some will of course...but there will be plenty of buyers looking for 1p for instance. The company now has a lot of cash and in the right business. Some of the big buyers will want more and they can wait. PI's are very impatient. Look at the ones who dumped this morning at silly prices. So your decision.....

No....the 11p placing is closed. You need to register on primary bid site. It wont cost you. Then you will get emails offering you placings in the future. But today you missed it....it was only open until about 8.30 am

No...it finished last night at 9pm. Nothing to do with Halifax. You had to buy via Primary Bid last night.
