Fantastic news today. This rns is huge and the market will catch on. I wouldn't be suprised to see Institution Investors coming on board..main market listing and the Indian market is huge . Maybe adding another 1.2m schools..wow and this is just the Indian market.

I understand we need cashflow but..£8m!..why would we need this much when Richard Lee said in an interview revenue is strong ..

In true Dev style we as shareholders aren't told why we want to bring 2 tranches forward and raise £8m..

The sticky share allocation does seem to be growing and Dev has a lot of investors who really believe and put their money in the company. We've just got a market sell off, a seller and late news!..still keeping the faith although disappointed regarding an update. The virus globally and lockdowns around the world I thought would be the driver to buck the trend in the current market seemingly not at the moment..tin hat and in the bunker! GLA.

I emailed the company many weeks ago regarding a question I had. It did take a few days and some moaning on here (which they may or may not have seen)..the reply from CJ was in a nutshell the company are very busy. Let's hope that's the delay the fact we are so busy. Time will tell,an interesting period ahead I think where things should be a little clearer and some unanswered questions could be cleared up with the prospectus or RNS. GL.

Dip I have the same strategy as you, the minute I'm not happy I'll sell as I would with any investment but I think we have a long way to go yet.

Somebody taking advantage of the rocky markets..425k share buy @8.4 gone through...we've only dropped from 8.3 on the bid to 7.8 in a very poor week for the markets and with a seller. Also we are higher now from the start of the month..I'd take that every month. DYOR GLA.

He's been selling for a while mate been offloading for a few months so not knee jerk. Many companies have their sellers..no drama a lot of his shares were bought up hence no huge drop.

On 16th September Sami had 3.02%. that's around 14m shares. With the volume over the last 6 weeks he must be all but out.
Someone posted last week the seller had 3m to go, they could've been right.
If we do see a steady rise we know he's gone but either way he can't have many left. IMO.

In fact we had the same accusations when we were at 2-3p from a poster called jessell..how wrong was he..dyor obvs.
