The work is going on behind the scenes. Linkedin shows a number of new employees who have started in the past month, who have been bought in to implement the installation and maintenance of new Bleepa systems. I'm confident that contracts will come, patience is required.

Now that the Murata lines have been fully commissioned and production started, orders increasing, and progress on the pursuit of patent infringement cases, it is probably worth looking at the Allenby Capital Forecasts, published 29th November which give estimated figures of A$ 9,962,000 Revenue for 2021, and A$16,486,000 Revenue for 2020. Where will the share price be when we reach these figures?

Any further information on the commissioning of the Murata lines?

Did anyone get to ask any questions at the AGM?

The time for an ADR process varies depending upon the complexity of the case. Most cases require only one meeting to come to a resolution, but some cases may require additional sessions. All of the ADR processes must be completed by a date set by the judge, usually within 90-120 days of the date on which the judge referred the case to an ADR process.

The ADR process itself is confidential and not open to the public. If I were Tesla/Maxwell, I would be looking to pursue this route to minimise unnecessary negative PR.

Interesting: A Markman hearing may encourage settlement, because the judge's claim construction finding can indicate a likely outcome for the patent infringement case as a whole. Markman hearings are before a judge, and generally take place before trial. Date for this set for 11th Feb. 2011

If Maxwell have infringed CPX patents, and they are aware of this, then it would make sense for them to go for an ADR, as the longer the case goes on, the more they will have to pay in damages.

A pretrial order that governs the progress of a case as it proceeds towards trial. Could be to set a trial date.

Just looking back at tithe Kongats interview with proactive, he says that Murata sales of the Cap XX products totals $13-14milliin, and that Cap XX expects to pick up the majority of those sales now production has transferred to Cap XX!. Also the margin of these products much better. Looking very good for future sales........
