It is also really important to think about it because as a UK company and a relatively small UK company we wont be able to stand this up on the ground unless we partner. So, we have to get the right clinical partners that can scale this. The Indian Government also wont contract the TB screening service to a UK provider. They want to use local clinical services …as they should…and so really we have to identify the right clinical partners who will own those state level contracts on the ground and then supply our service into them. Whenever the opportunity gets particularly exciting for us in India is the scale of that, so if you are going to screen the entire population within a five year period which for TB you have to really be doing about 20 percent a year, even if you hit 15 percent of the rural population of one state, lets take Rajasthan for example, that is 7.7 million patients every year who have to screen and a two pound a head that’s actually about £15 million pounds of revenue, and that really begins to stack, now there is a broader long term opportunity linked to this which is called the national digital health commission and its another one of Modis Government initiatives that bis basically saying actually they would like every Indian citizen to have a health ID and linked to that health ID a national digital care record. Now most of the population do not have health ID at the minute and so with the TB screening programme is the perfect opportunity to engage the population, so as they attend the TB screening, they can be given a national health ID. The TB episode that we store on Carelocker can become the first part of that digital care record. Which means that actually, Carelocker could become the clinical cloud store for the Indian health care record, and that is a much, much larger and much, much longer-term opportunity that we are that we are positioning for

well we are addressing a total available market in excess of 10 Billion globally, I think that the CDC opportunity is a total addressable market of about 93 Million, here within UK, so a sizable figure, especially considering we are now live with the exemplar site right at the front runner of that, we are … very well positioned for it, and in India with the TB opportunity is enormous, so let me take you through that in a bit of detail, so ern, at the minute TB screening studies are typically charged at about 2000- 2500 rupees per screening episode, which is about 20-25 pounds , now we can provide our technology suite into that space for £2.00 at a 80 percent EBITDA margin, so 90 percent gross plus margin, and that will allow us to essentially to really scale that technology with our partners, clinical partners on the ground in India, and this is really how we scale and adopt this, so …the thing we didn’t mention earlier is that we spent the last eleven months with the dept of international trade working out who are the right partners on the ground are to this with in India ,and so we have announced we have the partnership with Qure.ai but we are also in discussions with Talco companies who can supply the cellular network coverage, and also the Bleepa box hardware as a managed service on the ground , and also large hospital chains we have been in India who are able to provide the radiologists and the clinical specialist who can provide the clinical endpoint to this TB screening pathway. And so what that means is that we will go in this TB screening with the right clinical partners whom will hold these state level government contracts, and we are leaving 90 percent of the potential TB screening contract on the table for those clinical partners. So we are really positioning ourselves as the technology solution in to this TB screening clinical service.

This is indeed great news, to be partnered with Amazon Web Services, who in addition to providing their Cloud expertise, are providing fiancial assistance, will really provide impetus to getting Bleepa established as a tool to fight Tuberculosis across India. Very Exciting!

This latest announcement is yet more evidence of an increasing customer base and increasing sales momentum. Cap XX is selling far more products over the past couple of years, and this sales curve is increasing with a greater number of products that they now have on offer.

In my eyes, the company is becoming a much more balanced machine, with less relience on licencing and now with the new production facilities in Sydney, and increased manufacturing capability in China, being able to generate increaseing revenues from the sale of goods.

Growth is set to increase, there is no downside from here, and then the added potential of the Maxwell ruling going in Cap XX's favour, well, that would really be the icing on the cake!

We all seem to be focusing on the Maxwell case, which if Cap XX won would certainly put rocket boosters under the share price. Hopefully we will know within the next month or so. But even without this potential added bonus, at it's current Share price of 5.40p and a Market Cap of just £28m this is cheap considering where the company is currently heading.

So last year's figures were: Revenue +14% to A$4.1m with Product sales revenue +30% to A$3.5m as the coatings, DMF and
DMT manufacturing assets acquired from Murata came online. Adj. EBITDA loss of A$0.4m reduced A$1.2m and was comfortably better than forecast (ACLe: A$0.6m).

This years Revenue is estimated to be A$6.5m, an increase of over 50%, and next year is estimated to be A$12.6m, nearly double this years Revenue!

Management reports that the closing sales order book was up more than 160% y-o-y with contract announcements across
multiple sectors in CY21.

With the new DMT and DMF production lines up and running and moving towards full capacity of c. 4.8m units per
annum complemented by the existing manufacturing lines in Malaysia and the prospect of the DMH coming online during 2022, (This would add another 2.4m units per annum capacity,) CAP-XX can offer a range of prismatic supercapacitors in volume. Alongside this, the company has a growing cylindrical supercapacitor business.

Cash in the bank should be around £4.8m minus 4 months cash burn : (£0.2m YE21, +£2.6m from the placing in July, + R+D Tax Rebate of£1.6m, +Option Exercise £0.4m) This should be enough to see Cap XX through to profitablity.

There was decent coverage for online threat hunter Brandshield Systems (BRSD) in the Evening Standard. This related to a report from the company on shopping fraud. The paper said that, “Online shopping fraud is a booming industry with PlayStation and Nike the two retailers most targeted by cybercriminals, according to a report by internet crime experts BrandShield Systems.” With Black Friday today and Cyber Monday next week, retailers and consumers “should be on their toes.”

Spreadex are offloading, but there is a significant buyer who is quietly taking large chunks. Money incoming from the sale of Weshop, should be confirmed soon. Increasing customer numbers, ahead of estimates should lead to ARR being ahead of the $5.12 M which was based on 110 customers. I believe we will get lift off soon!

And back in March, Tennyson recommended a BUY with a target of 37p based on the above figures.

I noticed on Linkedin that Tom got a thumbs up from a Beverley Wallace, for his Sunday Roast Podacast. She is the Director of Comunity Diagnostic Centers (CDC) at Alliance Medical Ltd.

So they are connected, maybe Bleepa is heading their way!

Looking at the Tennyson Research Report from 22nd March 2021, the estimated ARR is US$ 5.12m. This is based on the number of customers being 110. However, the slides that are presented during the Investors Presentation show that in August 2021 the number of customers was 108. Tennyson state:

"In our forecasts, we assume around 50% of new sales (by ARR) is generated in the fourth quarter, in line with the
company’s experience in recent years."

So with Q4 generating 50% of new sales, then this would equate to 31 new customers from Q1-Q3; so unless I've misunderstood, Q4 would be another 31 customers which would be 62 added for the full year. So 62 + 77 existing customers would equal 139 customers by the end of Q4 '21. Now this is substantially more that the 110 figure used in the report, which produced an estimate of US$ 5.12m.

Like others have said, this is definately one to accumulate at these low levels!

The resolutions passed include approval to acquire the business, assets and name of WeShop Limited, pursuant to an asset purchase agreement with WeShop Limited. This has also been approved by WeShop Limited's shareholders.

BrandShield currently holds 508,809 shares in WeShop Limited, representing 10.5% of WeShop's current issued share capital.

Looking at your previous post Ragnarr, it does seem like there could be the possibility of a collaboration between Alliance Medical and Feedback/Bleepa. Alliance Medical provide the Scanning equipment, but there still needs to be a system in place to share these images between CDCs and clinicians on the front line, and Bleepa is the only CE marked device that could do this.
