Notaflipper thank you for your post. The last bit really made me smile. Have lived Islington way for last nearly 20 years but a South Wales valley lad by origin. One of my earliest memories was listening to the B Rats on the radio whilst playing crazy golf in Bournemouth on a family holiday. The song was Rat Trap so it must have been around 1978! Yes, plenty to learn in the coming weeks. Would be good to get this out of the litigation shackles and move on.

Hello chaps, let’s keep the dream alive! Am hoping for a lot in the next 2 weeks so hopefully Dr Little and his team can deliver even though they have not covered themselves in glory in recent times. Some seemingly poor decisions along the way but, who knows, perhaps they will make sense with the passage of time. Am now holding a shed load here again as I believe in the underlying so good luck to fellow holders. Am off to my mum’s funeral on Wednesday so all in context but having a drink in her favourite pub in Islington now to recall better times.

Bought a further 110k shares this morning as I sense some level of confidence is easing back here and so have been rebuilding position over last few days. Results in April obviously a catalyst here but happy to build a position again as I think the risk / reward trade off is very attractive again. Thanks to the usual suspects for some very good and balanced posts over the last days that has given some very interesting food for thought.

No won’t sell at this point. Won’t buy more though until see further plans clearly articulated unless there a real punting opportunity.

Can imagine them working with the advisers to write the sales prospectus - we are a good management team honestly we are, OK we are a bit shit but you can say we are good as surely the buyer won’t do their DD on us and won’t notice we neglected to check what the patent situation was Inn UK.

Hopefully we will get a clear message from the board on Monday and it can start to look like we can move on and maximise the opportunity elsewhere. Problem is that we are stuck with a bunch of buffoons on the board that don’t know their arses from their elbows and have zero credibility left - difficult to move on from that.

Notaflipper - well remembered, but I have never been short UKOG post initial mistimed trades that I much more got out of by going long over last summer. Sold quite a few as the B.B. debacle started to unfold and the French billionaires sold out but I still have over 3m shares there tucked away for the long haul. To Steve I did not say I think this will go to 2p, I really don’t know. What I am saying is that given the total cock up the Prem board have made of this I wouldn’t buy back in to the same degree I was in here and place a further degree of trust in them unless I could pick up at that sort of level and so convince myself it is just a pint at that sort of level. Apologies if I over dramatised the order of magnitude of damages the US tw**s will end up with, I haven’t followed closely enough since Q4 last year, I guess I am fearful of that award in the context of the likely dulilution if Tf bailed us out via equity. I have to admit that even still holding 240k of shares here I am much more ****ed off with Dr little and the imbeciles on the Prem board as much as I am with illumina (who have played a blinder being dispassionate about it although easy looking good when you are up against fools).

Not posted for ages as had other priorities in my life the last 6 months or so! Largely sold out ahead of and subsequent to the court decision pre Xmas but still hold a tiny fraction of what I used to hold here. Guess I lost faith in the competence of our board and the likelihood of this delivering a decent return in a reasonable time period. Reading the posts here I do wonder if the level of incompetence of the PREM board is verging on being criminally negligent - an interesting concept here. Am expecting this to fall significantly on Monday and so am contemplating buying some if I can get in sub 2p as a pint (doesn’t feel it can be more than that now). However I do worry about possibility of the business being put into administration given the unknown of the likely award to Illumina (heaven knows how long it will take to get there as our board appear stubborn as well as incompetent). Could this be £10m+ in which case TF might pay and essentially dilute existing PI to kingdom come?

It was a question rather than a statement - great if there is nothing to go after patent wise in other territories. Looks like a totally genius move on Illumina part now - but still think the issue is TF will support and probably own for a song so longer term it is only current shareholders of NIPT that feel the real pain of this decision.

For existing holders. Post recapitalisation (if it isn’t bought for a song by TF) this will be a great business (as it always threatened to be). Unfortunately t’other sides likely award of their costs and royalties on past uk sales will force current entity into administration or such a dilutive fund raise to stop that that it will wipe out existing equity. Also pre supposes Illumina don’t now go after Prem in other territories and extend the litigation pain for years to come. This will go down as the definitions moment of dr Little’s career - the miscalculation and arrogance shown is so great that it cancels out any past achievements. He will surely fall on his own sword for this - the new version of the business that emerges from this debacle will be better without him - it will have no credibility with him. I had sold 60% of mine a while back the remaining 40% I sold immediately the announcement was known to me - anything above zero is now a good price to get out at. Only a total gambler would buy into this now.

Yes, selling at a loss is the outcome of buying into a company that continually disappoints its investors and the market. What I hadn't realised when I bought but know now is that is a director lifestyle company and that is the long and short of it. An entity that purely funds its directors lifestyles and has the classic hallmark of treating its shareholders with utter contempt and totally lacking any communicative ability. Others here will continue to believe the dream about the gold and that is their choice.

Quite clearly the view will be there is zero progress because it is held by a firm that has no resources to take advantage of it. So entirely possible it will be taken away but reality it matters not one jot. Only possible value here is STG's share of HH and realisation of that, if it happens, is down the bottom of the garden beyond the long grass!

Come on, there cannot be anyone left that doesn't seriously believe the news from Poland (whenever it arrives) will not be good. The price action here (especially on the back of yesterday's high volume) totally confirmed to me that the news will actually be at the worse end of the spectrum. I sold here last week and got out fairly neutral. I can see this being sub-10p in anything ranging from a few weeks to perhaps 6 weeks. I feel so strongly that the news from Poland will not be good that i have been offloading a good part of my much larger SLE position as i feel i will be able to get back in there perhaps 25-35% lower than current price if the 3Legs Poland news is sufficiently poor. I will buy back into SLE as that has much better prospects even on the horizon of a few months. No much lower price for 3Legs will persuade me back in there as i could see the Poland result effectively meaning game over. Just my views - i have got much more proactive about getting out of stocks where i see the market giving me a clear hint of what's about to happen.

I sold out as i have a big SLE position (much bigger than i had here) that would be hit hard enough if the 3Legs test does not generate good commercial prospects. Guess i could say it is a bit gut feel that all is not well here. On the one side we have gushingly positive things being said by the company (e.g. from what many have said is a very conservative CFO), but completely at odds price action. Has been said volumes have not been high. However, i cannot remember being invested in an exploration company where the share price continuously drifts down as activity results near only for it all to be revealed as completely wrong when the results are revealed! Seems a bit funny to take the side of the market versus company statements, but i can't help but feel that market sentiment is yet again the best guide as to likely outcome!

Been selling my 30,000 holding over the last week and taking a small loss. After all the positive statements i can't believe this is going to have a good outcome given the price action. Would be astonished if there are not now some individuals that are not aware of how things are going on the ground and so it really doesn't feel good to see the price hitting a near 12 month low at this juncture.
