They are going to find it difficult to get it away @ 1.25p if the SP keeps going down.

I must say it does appear a bit of a risk leaving the open offer as the lion share of the fund raise. Has Jason not yet got the message how frustrated his shareholders are at the pathetic progress he has made with QED. If the Open offer falls way short what then!.

Maybe they tried to get more through a placing and were told - you must be joking QED, with your track record. This open offer will also see the price slide as some folk will sell some of their current holding to pay for it, so chances are the market price will end up below open offer price.

All in all yet another bad decision in my view. The Wednesday bulls**t call had better have something concrete to offer.

Well things seem to have gone all quiet again after yesterdays spike, only 227k shares traded all morning. It would be nice if we could just get some meaningful upward momentum for a few days.
