I find it staggering that unless you tow the line of "everything's fine" you must be a trader talking it down to get back in lower. Or your someone that doesn't even hold any shares in QED at all. You are scum of the earth if you don't think things are just fine and dandy.

For the love of God , this company has been in existence over 18 years and have still to get 1 single commercial contract. Does it not deserve the occasional comment from a frustrated shareholder who is almost certainly massively underwater with their investment.

I have been in this share for over 10 years and make no apology for occasionally pointing out negative FACTS . I was slated for a comment about the SP would struggle to reach 3p after the last RNS because it was full of open ended timelines. Well the SP is now half of that 3p but strangely enough some folk still think thats just fine and we have to be patient as everything is going to come good imminently.

For the record I have never traded as I have always feared selling the day before the Holy Grail of RNS is issued.

Can I ask that folk on here be prepared to consider others point of view without the need to throw abuse even if they have a different take on the current situation.

All the time the funding issue is hanging over us there is going to be holders reducing their position expecting a drop and so be able to buy back cheaper. 46G was given an ear bashing for selling a small% of his holding in the 1.90's but as it turns out a good move as he can buy back now for 25% lower.

The sell off rate has defo increased this week which may (or may not) indicate a funding package is close!

Unusually high amount of sell AT trades today which are putting downward pressure on SP.

All this Budget stuff will make knaff all difference to QED.

What we need is contracts signed, LONO started and funding sorted, and we need this now not imminently.

The SP is just going to keep its downward spiral until we get something concrete secured.

The old talk it down to buy cheaper line. Really, does anyone think that would work on here. This stock used to be near 50p per share so there's a shed more downs than ups and confidence has been shot so many times by missed timelines and constant test, test and even more testing. MSAR, BIOMSAR, ZEROMSAR, whats next INVISIBLEMSAR.

Blimey if a TO bid came in anywhere near 20p right now I would bite their hand off. This has been the most frustrating, infuriating company ever to be invested in.

Can't sell at this low price and always hopeful we will one day succeed and prosper, but 20p now is a yes from me.

Didn't mention floodgates just an observation that the trades that had occurred has resulted in the SP sliding. I just wish they would sort out the funding issue which i am sure is holding back a lot of new money from joining the QED journey.

Been wondering what has holding the bid down for past couple of days. Looks like the 2 sell trades totalling 1.85 mill may have been the answer.

Get the funding sorted at an acceptable dilution rate and then we can look forward to the future which so much more positivity.

It is the concern that any future fundraise with QED is done at a hefty discount that is weighing heavily on the SP. Last fundraise by QED was at approx 38%. I just wish they would announce just how they intend to raise funds and get it out the way so that we can move on with progress on contracts and trials.

The elephant in the room is funding. Investors have been dealt numerous blows with funding rounds always coming in at a huge discount. The last one saw the SP which was around the 2p mark have an offer price of 1.25p. So who is going to jump on board now with another potential drop like that.

Jason get the funding done then start releasing progress news as otherwise any RNS about progress, at the moment, is just going to be a damp squib.

As I said yesterday this will struggle to get to 3p at the moment. There are still many hoops to jump through before any tangible progress is made. This together with the overhanging fund raising issue is bound to hold it back for now.

I think this year is going to be painfully slow but in the medium term am very confident of significant gains.

Best to switch off and check once a month for now.
