If Qualifying Shareholders do not take up all of the Open Offer Shares, the Company and the Bookrunners may agree (without any obligation to do so) that the Joint Brokers should use their reasonable efforts to procure subscribers for such Open Offer Shares at the Issue Price.

So even if the OO is not fully subscribed to by existing shareholders I think the balance will be taken up externally. That is why we were only offered 1 per 19 in my opinion as demand is there elsewhere.

So OO closes next week. I think this one will be very different from previous with full uptake and those applying for extra probably disappointed. The clues are there, only being offered 1 per 19 suggest to me there is plenty of demand from elsewhere should current holders not take up full allocation. Also the fact that we are seeing the SP above the offer price, very different from last time.

I have decided to add a few over past couple of days as any progress, however small, in my book will result in SP moving swiftly upwards and the downside from this price seems limited.

With the SP slowly creeping up I think folk are beginning to realise the open offer will be fully subscribed and the chances of extra are slim so are now buying in open market whilst prices are low.

Nobody is shorting this stock and I doubt that anyone that posts on this BB wants to SP to drop any further. It is a fact that QED constantly miss timelines and to think an RNS will drop today or Tuesday is living in cloud cuckoo land.

Back when the SP very nearly touch 50p and a pint cost £3.50 it only took 6 shares to buy a pint now with beer @ £5 you need 400 shares.

Genuine LTH have a right to be frustrated and posting factual comments is just that, not an attempt to trade. I very much doubt it makes naff all difference anyway. In my opinion posting constant ramping drivel is worse, you are not providing an accurate picture of this near 20 year old journey.

Please God lets get this thing over the line soon for the sanity of us all.

I think that now H1 has been given as guidance for signatures its almost certainly going to be nearer June than April. Every single timeline QED have ever given us has been either late on or missed completely.

I suppose even if you get the feeling nothing new came from the IMC at least this time our BOD have coughed up some cash in the fundraise so hopefully thats a bit of a hint that something positive maybe on the horizon.

So whats the verdict, Buy, sell or hold on the basis of that call.

What in that IMC do you think will help propel the SP to 3p this time.

If the book build completes tomorrow then its a defo buy as this funding has been hanging over the SP for ages. Everyone knew it was coming and that it would be at a discount.

Now lets get on with it.

It kind of justifies your partial sale in the 1.9's when you said it was due to upcoming funding. Time to buy back in 46G

The bookbuild needs to be successful and completed tomorrow in order to give confidence for any shareholder Open Offer. If the bookbuild goes OK then the SP may well recover from the 1.25p placing price quite quickly making the open offer more attractive.
