The "Project Agreement") was expected by the end of Q1 2024. Quadrise continues to work with its project partners to seek to finalise the Project Agreement and will provide a further update upon the project and entry of the Project Agreement in due course.

I don't actually think the SP will suffer today as most had excepted there was a delay and this confirms it. Also its saying the deal is still on which is a whole lot better than the alternative.

Could do with some more immediate progress on other front now.

I would hope we move into 2p range without more news just off the back of secured funds and then another booster RNS in a week or so.

I would hope for frequent progress reports in order to keep up interest. Waiting till testing is done and dusted is too long.

Jason more confident in this interview, I got the impression even he may think things are about to happen now.

In the past his hesitations during questioning used to bother me but after watching that I feel this may just be our year!!.

So those that took part already up 20% in the first week, can't imagine many considering cashing in just yet . Hopefully more foreplay RNS to come before the biggy.

Really pleased we have some positive news. This is ideal as it will help get back into the 2p range before the MSC RNS. its all about momentum now.

The recent Edison report gave H1 as guidance for signatures . So knowing QED never over deliver you can more or less guarantee it will be June rather than April.

I just hope we get some other positive update in the meantime to support the SP.

OK all change, the figures have changed during the day, very strange. My account has now been credited with my full entitlement plus 77.28% of excess shares I applied for. happy with that!!.

They would have set the 44% scaleback knowing how many had been applied for

Close its 40% of my original entitlement but I didn't read the RNS like that i thought the amount of excess you applied for would be scaled back to 44%.

So my Barclays account has only allocated me 22.72% excess shares, thats a bit harsh.!!

I,m with Barclays as well and applied for my full allocation plus twice that amount excess. At the moment it is just showing as 2 separate lines in the hub account so I guess we shall see how many tomorrow.

I agree re big movement, however with the funding now fully sorted I am expecting a slow but steady increase back into the 2p range before Agreement RNS in anticipation.

A bit surprised that the volume and SP haven't taken off a bit more this morning. You can bet if the OO had been short then the SP would have fallen.

O dear RNS after close on a Friday is rarely good news. f the OO had been fully subscribed or over then thats easy to report but if its fallen short then i can only imagine the brokers have been trying to offload the remainder.

Don't tell me Jason is going to miss this OO result timeline!
