I remember when one poster (can't remember who) said they expected the placing to be at 4.5p. This was when we were in the 7p range. They were set upon by many a poster as being a deramper and trying to spread fear in order to buy in at lower price ( Stocky's favourite line). Well think on everyone when someone posts a point of view that's not to your way of thinking, QED always has the knack to surprise and shock.

The question is will the retail offer be at the same price as the placing. Retail offers take a lot longer to complete and there's the chance the SP will be held back during this process to the retail offer price.

Its a bit messy and could drag on and I would have preferred the whole process to be a bookbuild to get it out the way so we could move on. That said its a ridiculous discounted price.

So book build tonight £3mill, then £350K on 31st (Valkor) . Shareholders offer £1m then £75K quarterly payments during year from Valkor and £650K 31st December.

This had better get us to commercial revenues!!

This will tank in the morning but maybe a good opportunity to add at a low price early doors as I suspect the bookbuild will be complete and the SP should recover a bit during the day.

But Stocky you said no placing yet.

Don't agree with that. In the past many shares that have decided to consolidate often loose value over following months. I have no idea as to why that happens and its totally illogical but as DPExplorer I have suffered from these events before.

SC its not bullying, merely an opinion that they feel your endless ramping posts are a tad annoying.

Same as a mortgage, you can secure an offer but doesn't mean the funds are in your account.

The published spread is a bit misleading as the actual spread is much tighter so some of those trades that appear as buys are actually sells

The problem is you can't go asking institutions for money without a good incentive. Which do you think will work best placing @ 5p with great news to follow shortly or all news out there and placing @ 9p but nothing new to report for maybe months whilst LONO trial takes place.

Its obvious we are going to need some more money soon. Despite SC reassurance that Valkor money was coming in December, which it didn't, and now his new prediction of January, which it won't thats not going to see us through to revenue generating income.

So when do you do a raise, now a quick book build @ say 5p with news to follow so being attractive to participants or a longer slower process of open offer. Then of course how much do you go for 1, 2,5 or more million.

Personally I would like a quick book build now for say £5mill then release further expected news to take us forward to hopefully a very successful year.

SC you continually go on about what Jason said like its an absolute fact about to happen. You quoted Jason said the 1 mill $ from Valkor will be paid by end of December, well it won't, in fact it probably won't be until Feb earliest. So give it a rest and stop quoting categorically it will as it just won't happen in that timeline.

Past experience, that most on here are very experienced at, shows things do just take a tad longer than expected , however, for the first time I do think they may actually happen.

Its not in Auction. Theres a lack of stock ( not enough sellers ) at the moment. I guess they will drop the bid to spoke a few and so attract the sells they need.

I feel Valkor funding is unlikely to be before end of month, almost certainly into the new year
