BCN is a very different animal in comparison ... it'll come good in the not too distant of that I'm sure ... although I think your £5 a share (£3 max IMO assuming all goes fantastically well) is not going to happen unless a big buyer turns up before the dilution of what is likely to be a significant placing...... & depending on what happens in which order I still see the potential bigger uplift (% wise) here than there on the back of Sonora... time will tell eh :-)

At this point I'd be considerably impressed if they announced or it became knowledge they were bringing in enough revenue to keep the engine running in neutral for the foreseeable (which the withdrawal of voting on at the AGM could be considered to support).... then we can just sit & wait for the CTPP to progress - after all this time this year / next year doesn't matter ... the In ground value isn't likely to change much over the next year or so ... a buyout for value would be mist welcome....

Huge losses & a 10% rise on the back of it.... profit in last 2 quarters? Let's see indicates next Giga likely in China..... interesting times with demand rising all the time :-)

60p ... would be my guesstimate... no reasoning or rationale just what I reckon based on where they are in my view.....that'll be the price all the remaining funding will come in at in my lowly & humble... I suspect with a supported raise with PI's to the extent they have the funds/willingness - personally I hope PI's take everything available to them & lock the snakes out to the greatest extent possible..... either that or sell JV1 to pay for the LV mine in its entirety & give us plenty piccolino to let me out.... :-)

Does get you to guessing & putting 2&2 together to make eleventy three... however:

If a party was looking/in negotiations to buy us out they'd be very much lot with the depressed SP & wouldn't want a leak of any sort as it might result in a price hike & increase what they'd need to stump up.

OR

if despite the recent pitiful placing they still couldn't improve on recovery/quality perhaps they're struggling to know what next.

If they're not already or imminently self sufficient the fact they pulled the plug on their ability to place shares & waive pre-emption rights might lead me to think more the former than the latter ... but who knows ... silence is not always bad in my opinion & if by being silent now they manage to sell the company for good money - I'll wait for news... if they're just keeping us in the dark for no good reason that will also become clear & if so they'll need to answer for & take the consequences if enough shareholders get together in union.

@Obs no you're probably about right ... the £4M I indicated was based on the $3.9M + the last of the remaining monthly payments + the interest due on the interest bearing element.... it'll be over £3M & less than £4M & likely closer to 3 than 4 unless the XR suddenly flips on its head ....
