What a load of bull ... "renewed trust" .... really ??!!?? the board have presided here for years delivering debt, dilution & nosedived the share price delivering share holder loss & frustration... name me one thing - one decision they've made that's delivered real sustained value?? ....

Absolutely pathetic & why you're defending them God only knows, or indeed displaying any sort of trust or faith in them having watched the share price fall from 1.2p in their care to .185 at one point today..

Don't forget this peeps ... if you don't feel able, or believe if correct to stem the damage by voting against resolutions 4 &/or 5 at the AGM - maybe Kiran at least can be left in no doubt how many people think he's not performing well ... there's 43 signatories that'd probably currently disagree with you Obs ...

Blimey JbN.... I'm starting to agree with your posts LoL ... we're very much on the same page regarding resolution 5 at least.... I'll also be voting against 4 to remove the possibility of them issuing another 3bn shares in any event - but if resolution 5 fails at a minimum I'll take that....

It's £0.002 or 0.2p .... which is more than you'd need to pay now if you wanted to buy any ..... so you've either one or three Zero's too many in your expressed 0.0002 value depending on the unit.

Yes Fri 25th Aug is the end of the 60 days KDNC had from the heads of terms agreement ... question is (assuming we announce proceeding) how will they fund it as that is also when the first $1.5M .... do we have the cash in hand now... what about the final CLN pay down at end Sep of ~ $4M … what about San Luis .... talk about a perfect storm ... we may end up in a fire sale just based on these commitments & debt... best we can do is make them think better, harder & with more forethought & with ourr potential involvement in a placing by voting against resolutions 4 &/or 5 about .... it would even be OK to me & an acceptable position if resolution 4 is voted FOR & resolution 5 AGAINST.... it just means placing are done in the open rather than behind closed doors & just suddenly announced .... generally to the detriment of PI's...

Correct Obs - I'm not surprised at all that you disagree with me ....

as you know it doesn't mean that can't raise cash but it would mean they'd need to get approval from us for each occasion first & offer us who have suffered under their reign so far the opportunity of partaking if we so desire.....as far as I'm concerned this board have done more damage than good by a significant margin & have (in my opinion) proven they're incapable of doing what's best for us as investors & quite the opposite ... the only way to ensure that do no further damage without consent is to take greater control how much is raised & to whom it is offered......

Oh & rest assured I shall be repeating my messages as posted....

..to vote against both resolutions 4 & 5 .... if they want to raise cash in this coming year they can explain to me why & if I believe it worthwhile & valid I'd like the option of participating for a change....

.... if on the successful passing of resolution 4 you would prefer the option of partaking in any further placement of up to 3 Billion shares over and above those already in existence as options and warrants.

If you want to remove the ability of the board to place up to 3 Billion additional shares over and above all the existing options & warrants .....

To resolutions 4 &/or 5 if you wish to stem the dilution &/or not be able to partake in a placing &/or halt the possibility of a pitiful placing - don't forget that brief relationship with Beauforts until they got canned .... looking at the upcoming debt repayments & expenditure commitments a placing could possibly already be in pipeline & in place for announcement within days of the AGM .... don't forget they've got previous in this regard....

OK - indeed as I said progress is good - however I just don't feel it will help us in any way in the short term (SP wise) unless we sell the JV for good value or they change the current mining plans or schedule to include it much earlier.... just my opinion....

Fingers crossed we don't get tapped up for more cash by our 'friend' - or is there too many r's in that :-/
