Indeed it is welcome news - anyone expecting pricing to be put in an RNS is going remain disappointed ... they cannot do that without influencing or impeding contract negotiations with other interested parties & each contract will be negotiated desperately & independently .... if you've got a customer In negotiations & on the hook for $200 a ton why would you announce to the world you're letting another customer have the same product for $150 a ton.... foot & shoot it!!

Also there is not the possibility of a.placing without you I & the world being aware of it & having opportunity to take part in it as they hold no shareholder approval to do so as the resolutions permitting this were withdrawn from the ARM.

Having had my usual nights sleep... to clarify & be clear:

1) I do not want a placing & nor do I know of one - I just think one is most likely unfortunately & if they're in any doubt about resolution 4 or 5 being passed they may consider they need to do it sooner rather than later.

2) I reiterated my instruction to my broker to vote against resolutions 4&5 - I haven't had a confirmation yet & will be calling them today to follow up .... I am not or could not direct anyone else's vote as it incumbent on each shareholder to decide firstly if they will vote & then how they will vote & I apologise wholeheartedly if the wording of my post @ 01:32 appears otherwise.

Yada yada ...... actions & words eh.... Yes indeed we are an investment company currently but we are embarking on 'projects & prospects' that have the potential of turning us into an investment company that has mining operations..... same old same old ...

I would add that people might be forgiven for thinking that we will be or have aspirations of becoming a mining co - otherwise why have the option of going to 100% ownership of San Luis & shipping Spodumene for near term income .... forked tongue, smoke & mirrors or just plain old waffle & blx ...

....is up over the weekend ... part of me (a fairly big part) won't be surprised if we proceed & wouldn't be surprised (assuming we do proceed) if whatever method they choose to finance it will hack me off....especially if it's a lowball placement :-(

Yes you're correct issued at a deemed price of .003 & currently unchanged .... it was the MMS warrants we paid for at 5c currently at $0.025 (50% down) I confused it with... still doesn't mean our DD caught it though eh?

What makes you think it was 'our' due diligence on Leogang rather than Clancy saying you know what you thought you were getting for your money - well you're not .... but in true Lenigas style have a bunch of shares (which have since dropped 40%) instead.

Where was our expertise during the Leogang farce, where were our financial contacts when we borrowed the crippling $15M .....

You know that despite what's (currently) planned I don't thing we'll be waiting that many years for Sonora JV(s) to be sold or accelerated into production... but that's just on a guess, hope & wish......

as I said though they're making themselves busy so they can justify taking the cream IMO ... so what if the ZULU &/or San Luis projects fail (Aurochs last drilling campaign results is testament to the risks) so I get that we don't proceed past the point that failure is known but we've still blown how many $ & been diluted by how many with absolutely nothing & that's the risk ..... of course there's a flip side but with Sonora & Yangi in your back pocket why take the (unecessary IMO) risk at this point when to do so we have to sell, borrow or dilute?

If we proceed then I would fully expect PREM to rise as a result ... it'll give PREM much needed funds & a bit of breathing room & alleviates exploration costs of the asset .... we however I would expect to stay flat or drop depending on how we fund it & the perceived risk of proving up sufficiently to mine & sell ... much the same for San Luis really ........ Yes I would prefer they parked it until Sonora &/or Yangi came in ..... I'd prefer a sure fire goldmine (IMO) in 6+ years rather than this death by a thousand debts & dilutions being inflicted....... the BoD are like rogue bees making themselves LOOK busy whilst eating all the honey & paying lip service to the hive as far as I'm concerned & I've registered my votes against resolutions 4 & 5 on the back of it.

Say's to me they don't have confidence it will improve much before year end 'quelled surprise' .... poor chaps considering it might be appropriate to take an average of less than £100K a year each from a company they've stewarded down to a value less than 0.2p per share..... oh if only they had other directorships to keep the money coming in or the option of increasing consulting fees to take up the slack eh.... shall we pass a hat round for them?

San Luis .... apparently with no firm idea or indication of when the issues will be resolved eh!

At least it's staved off the debt & dilution so that's positive huh..... for now!
