Yes Frankie - especially if it was to fund something we'd parked... say Greenland... I'd be all for letting someone take 30% for $5M to fund the exploration & provide some spends... however I would not want to sell a part of our Sonora/Yangi JV's unless it was at or close to full & true value of what it will be in the years to come.

Indeed - last time I could buy at this price was in 2012 ... can't deny I am tempted ... let's see what happens at the AGM ... if they don't borrow, dilute or drive us to oblivion beforehand eventually we'll have to get caught up in the future Lithium demand.

Hi Ivy.... Yes I suspect the cash in the bank has all but gone the CLN 'renegotiated' last year was split into 02 parts $2.55M was repayable through instalments from Feb To Sep with the remaining $3.9M rolled interest free also for repayment Sep (now apparently to be restructured into monthly repayments (starting 6 months later & carrying ~ 9% interest).

With the $2.55 dollar repayments so far plus salaries & General running costs it doesn't take a genius to work out what the cash position is UNLESS they've sold something down .... anything other than EMH would be unthinkable currently in my view .... either not generating enough or causing too much angst & upset with PI's..... however I didn't get the impression they were considering that either - which leaves a placing or another loan .... a loan would be crippling in my opinion & I would hope lessons were indeed learnt from the Iskander farce which is still has a chokehold on us in my opinion.

The next few days should be enlightening with the 60 days DD on Zulu up over the weekend.... Monday's a bank holiday & the AGM is Tuesday so if they're going to place within this year's authority they need to do so imminently .... but that as usual is just my musings & considerations..... With or without ZULU they're still going to need funds in my opinion.

Yes - I suspect there may have been a few small shorts closed earlier which pushed the price up & allowing the low ball traders out with their 30% … that calmed down & I now expect some genuine investors may take a nibble on the hope that further contracts will be announced in due course + any CTPP news .... a little more comfortable that I've held all these years - average is still high but I think a little more positive now & you never know we might get back to over a penny & start tasting the cream... :-)
