134,464,872 is the entire issued share capital (number of shares) that currently exist for Bacanora minerals (this excludes any, options, warrants, incentive or other shares that have not at this time been exercised or issued)

9,350,000 is the number of shares that cadence have indicated they hold as of 12th Oct the date they went from holding over 7% to under 7% as the 'notifiable' threshold.

9,350,000 shares is a smidge over 6.95% of the total of 134,464,872 shares currently in issue.

There are a number of factors that can change the % held in a company, a purchase .... a sale.... an exercise of warrants or options that may or may not be the named party in the TR1 etc etc ....

In this case we know it was a sale because it was reported in September that we held 9,960,000 shares so our holding has reduced by 610,000 shares or from 7.4% of the total issued share capital if 134,464,872 shares in issue to 6.95%.

& 50% of Zinnwald that should read .... jeepers I'm getting old !!

Shares generally have a voting right attached to them ... i.e. for each share you hold you have 1 voting right .... this means the more shares you hold the stronger your position & sway as a percentage of the company when votes are taken based on holdings..... now there are also share classes & instances that have reduced (or zero) voting rights or indeed enhanced voting rights which is why the number of shares held & voting rights is indicated separately.

The 30% of the JV's we own have nothing to do directly with the shares we hold in BCN (known shares held at time of writing of course - who knows what else we might have done between the 12th & now!!) we're the minority partner in those & just need to sit tight...... you can work out our overall economic interest in the JV areas by a combination of our 30% direct holding + the 'indicated' just shy of 7% holding of BCN & by that 7% of their 70%……… thus it also follows we now have an economic interest just shy of 7% in BCN's 100% asset of LV & 50% also via our direct holding of their shares.

You may be correct CHRH a director of mines was appointed for the region back in June so it's about time something started to move one way or the other re either the granting or denial of licences (exploration in our case of course)...... however we need £300k to take us to 31.5% (£150k for each of Lit tech & Lit Supplies) as well as issuing ~ 153M shares ..... unless of course they've changed that to a monetary share value in which case it'll be worse dilution.... my trust & faith in Kiran & co has no unfathomable floor!!

In BCN's RNS 2nd Oct it stated we held 9,960,000 shares as at 11th Sep this RNS states that we hold 9,350,000 & the date the threshold (7%) was crossed was 12th Oct... this means between the 11th Sep & 12th Oct we sold 610,000 shares if you taken an average of 31p per share = circa £19k..... possibly needed for running costs & salaries - who knows....

I would say in answer to your first quandary that it is a Dryer (as in something that Drys things by the removal of moisture) as opposed to Drier (as in something that is not as moist as something else (steady MB)).

Catching 3 legged chickens is easy = 12 bore shotgun ... mind the pellets though (as opposed to pullets)

As a global fund they need to be extremely careful with that much exposure then... they risk losing what.. a whole £1500!! do they have sufficient financial clout to cover that!!!... Lehman Brothers all over again, protect yourselves against the global fallout everybody in case of a panic sell off... it could be the end of all things I tells ya!!

....Bolivia .... now there's a jurisdiction to be wary of.... check out Rurelecs near demise due to nationalisation of the power plant they were the involved in there..... 4 years of struggle 2010-2014 & not the same co now in my opinion....forced by debt & delay to accept a pitiful consolation at significantly less than awarded...

wouldn't be over excited about getting involved there .... risk of funding & throwing expertise at developing the asset to have it ripped away when it's about to come to fruition if you ask me.... leopards & spots comes to mind.
