Foresight & crystal balls huh!! Good luck… I still think your £5 target was overly optimistic but reckon there's potentially a good 10 bag in this eventually from here once the funding is sorted.... just my thoughts though as usual :-)

From memory (& I can't be arsed to check) as an overseas holder BR would only be required to report at the 10% & 5% thresholds at those levels.. so I now very much suspect it's been them selling down their holdings over the last few months in the larger 'sells' until they got to the point a 4.5M dump would take them below 5% & they no longer need to report ... so instead of it being KDNC trashing BCN's SP as many (including me!!) thought it would appear to me it was BR after all....

Per the TR-1 Black rock now hold less than 5% of BCN now meaning the 4.5M dump can only be part part of the shares they've sold & you have no idea how many they still directly hold because it's no longer quoted on the TR-1.

Per the RNS 02 Oct if it was just the 4.5M sell they've dumped they'd still hold more than 5%…

......question is do you want dilution to raise funds or sales?

This has been a right royal balls up since the Iskander dea in my opinionl & they are still looking for projects & opportunities to spend & commit cash they haven't got on...

The US$ value is from the RNS the GB£ value was taken from this site ... I didn't think it necessary to transfer one to the other as it's blatantly obvious & clear the cash in bank is significantlyy in excess of the MCAP - do you need me to do the conversion for you or are you capable of finding out for yourself?
