4.4% is below 5% what makes you think they didn't just land up on 4.4% as a result of the transaction(s) that carried them over the 5% threshold.... not saying they haven't continued selling but just that the 4.4% holding indicated on the BCN web pages might not of itself indicate or confirm this when taken in the context of the content of the TR1.... unless you can evidence otherwise?

Reckon you're right TC & as an overseas entity I think at under 5% holding they are now exempt from reporting further on their holding ...... unless of course they go back over 5% for any reason..... like having manipulated it down here they take a significant stake in a placing at this level..... that too conspiracy theory for anyone?

Yes ... unfortunate as it is that the webinar is still under wraps (subject to investigation/objected to by others?? .....maybe & wouldn't be surprised).

Kiran indicated within it that he/BoD had a value for our Yangi JV interest in mind & that it was/is/will be discussed but no indication whether any offer/discussion was anywhere near/far/currently on what that value was or what any timeframes for further discussion, end to them or indeed whether they're over for now without an agreement to sell currently..... that's the understanding I had on the matter happy to be corrected if anyone feels/thinks/knows differently...

What exactly are WE developing then Kiran.....

1) The Sonora JV1 is indicated at 6-7 years away from being minimally exploited.
2) The Sonora JV2 is still to be fully resolved in terms of licences & ownership as far as I'm aware (last I knew 'MEGALIT' itself still wasn't resolved).
3) The Yangi JV is indicated to be 10+ years away from being 'potentially' exploited.
4) After the disastrous CLN we've sold down most of our BCN holding so that as when if there is a rise in BCN it'll mean squat to us.
5) We've got significant loan repayments on the near horizon.
6) we're 'potentially' going to need significant funds to increase our stake & 'explore' & define (IF anything's ultimately worth defining) a resource in Argentina if the authorities ever get their fingers out of their arses.
7) & these Muppets still expect healthy salaries & use a pittance of their 'total' income to buy shares at next to nothing.

Meanwhile, as far as I'm concerned, the ex puppet master who dumped them in the hole he'd created & they've dug deeper continues with his pumping, bluff & bollox with his self importance, oversized & overinflated ego in overdrive ...what a dangerous, deceitful narcissist he is ..... look up narcissist personality disorder & see what you think....

I can only hope we sell up the SONORA JV1 to a hungry buyer with deep pockets soon whilst we're still able to & have something to sell that hasn't been necessary & sold already to service, debt, commitments or salaries.

Don’t we own about 20% of EMH? Vs about 7% of BCN? That is, approximately 3 TIMES more? YES - YES & YES
Do we have any of those JV’s and thingamies in EMH that we have in BCN? NO

Do those count when calculating values, yet? NO & probably not till financed or bought out from under them.

Still all quiet on the Twitter front - very unusual - beginning to think they might be under the microscope rather than anything good !!

Indeed.... holding on to them might ultimately prove to be one of the worst decisions we've made (other than the Iskander loan of course ...IMO)

REM will acquire its additional holding in European Metals at a cost of approximately AUD 2.6 million via a placement of 5 million Chess Depositary Interests ('CDI's') by European Metals at an issue price of AUD 0.52.
