Yes I get where your coming from but if they wanted to make up the monetary 'shortfall' from what they were hoping to raise In the OO it wouldn't be 460M shares at .04 it'll be closer to 1.4 billion & it would be via a placing to 'existing & sophisticated' investors probably announced one miserable Friday evening or first thing on a Monday...

Obviously that doesn't preclude the potential issue of shares to Lind in settlement of debts as agreed under the separate resolutions passed to do so....

@ JZD there isn't 460M open offer shares to hit or be sold ..... of the total of 516M OO shares available only 52M were taken (& a fair % of those (over 10%) by Rufus) - so the total number of shares issued as a result of the OO is exactly that - 52M only.

The only way more shares can be issued now is under a placing (which could be announced anytime at whatever price they negotiate & won't involve us PI's by virtue of the resolutions passed) but that would be completely separate to the OO which is now finished & done with 52M shares issued at .12

Obviously any placing (IF there is one) could be at whatever & knowing AIM forward sold into but hey ho that's what happens when you play in the casino the odds are generally stacked against you with the occasional mega hit or odd sweetener to keep you in there!!

Yes a sale (for many millions) would be great my thousands @ 1.4 which are now hundreds might actually be worth thousands again.... oh for that day :-() given up looking for a profit a long time ago & no longer worth selling.... ho hum

aerial.... valid acceptance simply means they were from eligible participants ... the excess simply refers to excess shares requested by those eligible to participate.

The fact that some eligible participants requested additional 'excess' shares over & above the quantity they were automatically entitled to by virtue of their existing holding does not mean the 'full' open offer was taken up - indeed far from it if you read the result of the open offer:
...... they wanted to raise up to £620k by issuing 516M shares ....
...... the take up from eligible participants including excess applications was £62.5k from valid applications of entitlement plus excesses total 52M - (8.5M of those being Rufus)

So a pretty poor 10% of the offer taken up leaving them just under £560k short (no pun) of what they were hoping to raise additionally Jeff threw in £15k @ .12 & Lind were issued 36M collateral shares at a deemed par value of .02

Then all of the other authorities that were given to make future issues to raise & issues to Lind in settlement....... potentially a huge & significant dilution to come

Same place as the .92 & 1.82 .... such a shame one of the most vibrant & positive boards reduced to picking over the bones of what might've, could've, should've been instead of the blow the lights out, Saudi of Lithium, gone fishing, chess game, Ritz party Gobby left & the minigases have brought us to this point....

Although looking at it positively there's still 2 weeks to go to the 18 months from approval of the options granted at the AGM on the 29th Aug 17..... all we need is for the sale of the Sonoran JV(s) for a Billion or so in the next week.... don't hold your breath anyone PMSL :-))

Exactly Dallas... our board have a lot to answer for ... they've taken on excessive debt, diluted us... invested in companies that have fallen significantly in value (something I'm very capable of doing myself!) & even torpedoed BCN in that farcical webinar prior to Christmas...

An absolute bunch of clowns, Lenigas failed & dumped us but managed to get us Minigas puppets to invest in his further failures....

Jesus @ Dallas .... did he really say that? .... was that for all of JV1 or just the small bit of it currently earmarked in the mine plan? ... Kiran was talking in the 00's of millions $ for our Sonoran JV interests.... up to £15M if that's for the whole JV someone needs a serious talking to.... somewhere private... !!
