... so you're reading the KDNC board but posting here - OK & to clarify your comment in reference to me the only time I've paid .9 or over was when transferring shares into an ISA having sold them previously for a tad less or via a bed & ISA transaction.

I bought in originally from .15 down to .04 in 2012/13 & whilst I did 'average up' on occasion have not paid more than .5 on the way up or the more sustained down... what my 'average' is I don't know as I haven't worked it out & have no intention of doing so but it's probably something higher than the current SP.

That'll probably be me for a while on this NEX board as I only popped over to see what the trades were going through on here at & volume....

Instead of Issuing less than 900M shares to purchase LT & LS it's now in excess of 2 billion when completed ... giving a combined interest in the enlarged ~10bn + issued SCAP of circa 20% …… assuming they don't sell us down to ???

That's on top of £1M spend ...... for the first time seriously considering whether to call it a day, sell up & move on - market really behind this move at the moment ASK static at .105 & the BID throwing every trade into the sell bucket other than those at the mid point - which may or may not be buys...

Yes - still here & posting ... unlike you who disappeared when all your positivity turned to dust... & now you're back ... arriving a couple of days before more dilution (having adjusted a previously fixed number of shares but hey no change to the monetary value!!) buying deeper into 2 'private' companies registered a couple of months before the Argentine deal (or is it no deal due no licences) announcement - do you know who the founders are?

Also noted is that you're back to indicating a buy - that's nice for everyone - I wonder how long it will last this time ...

MINIGASES rock ... yay 'BANANAS' - I wonder whether they'll have put a final nail in the overexposed/underfunded Cadence coffin before or after Sonora is developed .... still there are companies with more shares in issue ....

Anyone got anywhere researching either Lithium Supplies or Technologies .... I got as far as finding out they were both registered few months before the announcement of the Argentine deal .... hmmmm convenient timing .... I'd really like to now who the founding members are - I smell Captain Haddock or is it Ben the Rat....

So ... having asked for & received clarification of the number of shares that would be issued for the purchase of these companies was fixed per the original agreement.... they've now agreed to adjust them in line with the fall in the share price.... another disappointment .... now how will we fund the exploration & proving up ... & if it fails to deliver we may not be around for whatever happens to Sonora or anything else.

I think Secker's well in control here & has (& still is) exacting his version of retribution...... DL's chess game, our blocking of the move to AIM, the pathetic takeover offer & finally dropping the 25p bomb into the Webinar in Dec... as partners go we've been great eh!.....

So with Secker knowing we're selling (& have to to pay debts) BCN's funding has slipped from Q1 to H1(since the webinar) - or another way to the point in time when through necessity we'd have had to sell out of BCN completely......convenient, conspiracy or coincidence - hmmm I know what I think....

Exactly Dallas - that's why BCN getting bought out on its own - doesn't over much help us in my opinion - we need a buyer to take BCN out of Sonora completely & us along with it in my view.... either that or sell the JV's for a few hundred Mill - that'll be sufficient to get them funded for LV & me outta here....

Yep nothing like using your considerable mining & financial experience for picking the wrong time to invest in a company's shares eh.... hang on ..... that puts me in the boat with the Minigases or means their mining & financial experience is no better than my methods of picking shares that lose value .... ... what are we paying them for again LoL

LoL & hmmmm ... a double for AOU (unlikely but OK) would get them back to just over what the Minigases forked out for a significant part of our holding.... CLY well what can I say gifted as recompense for the Leogang farce & a doubling (OK again let's roll with it) wouldn't recover them to the value they were issued to us at...

MMS Gobby talks it up occasionally with little result although admittedly the one most likely to double on the right news....

.... & don't forget that Gobby has or is sitting on the boards of MMS, AOU & CLY ....

I am very much of the hope that there won't be too much of a long term perspective left here now... with all the co-operation going on across the EV market from forecourt providers to vehicle manufacturers I'm very hopeful that Ford (just down the road in Mexico) in partnership with VW are talking to Secker about a complete buy out of Sonora & the JV's for a couple of Billion - that'd do me & get me out of here ... there wouldn't be much of a buy it cheap opportunity because existing holders will know what they're on target for & after 6 years having bought in initially where we are now & lower - if it takes another couple of years fine ... assuming the Minigases haven't flushed it all down the sh1[ter before hand .... so happy San Luis seems like a huge white elephant ... 1&1/2 years on & the path to a 'quick route' to producing appears as distant as it was at the start ... & all the while the Minigases are running around shouting 'BANANAS' at our expense...

Oh !!! Does Mrs,B work for the Welsh tourist board as well then - who knew!! She's a very busy lady LoL....

I didn't record it so I can't quote verbatim but he started of in 30p + then slipped in the from/between/around 25p+ before stumbling back in & around the 30p' s

I can only assume there was so much flak/complaint/exasperation at the whole thing that it was decided/directed not to be published - so we only have the recollections of those who listened to it.... you're saying you didn't hear 25p - I say selective hearing ... I'm saying I did hear 25p - you're saying misheard/misunderstood.... no-one else has indicated they heard it - 4 people have liked my post is all ... that doesn't mean they heard it ..... just that they appreciated/agreed or liked what I posted.
